I am author of the book :Surviving Stress" Book code SKU 870E published by your publishing house. I had sent a requisition fro 50 author copies on 2 sep 18. The email corresponding to it was sent on 6 Sep 18 by your customer care center; payment was completed and after payment form was filled on 13 Sep 18. I have yet to receive my author copies. I am tired of giving call on the numbers provided: 1. First, it gets unanswered 2. If some one answers it they tend to put me on hold and disconnect 3. Or they try to transfer the call and disconnect. I am very harassed and h no clue regarding the 50 author copies I had asked. Kindly look into the matter and send my author copies as soon as possible. I have decoded not to engage in any business with your company thereafter.
