I am safi. a, from chennai. i have enrolled for financial modelling (live classroom training at chennai) course at edupristine on jun-11-2016. on that day itself i have paid rs. 10, 000 as advance. at the time of payment my batch counsellor ms. deep had told me that the classes will start from jun-25-2016 but even after three months the classes doesn't get started. after that on sep-26-2016 my batch counsellor ms. deep said that there is no availability of live classroom training for chennai so i will refund your money. but still now i didn't get my money back in between this i have contacted even to the director of institute but there is no reply. now they are not picking the calls from my number if i try from other number they are not saying anything valid reason they simply refusing. now i do not have any chance other than complaint and getting my money back. i have all the details regarding this.
