I enrolled for FRM course in March 2024 as i am planning for November exam. Once i paid the money full Rs.28000 in march i was given access to their system. The sales peraon asked me to ho through previous videos and i watched one video but i disnt find the way of teaching good and decided to cancel my enrolment.
The sales guy requested to attend first class and then decide so I attended the 1st class. Now the problems
1. Teh bathc was supposed to start from 23rd march but started on 14th april
2. The first class which was supposed to be be of 5hrs actually was only for 3 hrs of which i attended only 1hr
3. The faculty was not at all able to explain the topic (mostly communication issue)
4. The next class which was supposed to be on 20th didnt happen
5. The 2nd class happened on 21st and that too soft skill class ( a free aeasion which is not at all helpful for clearing frm exam and is supposed to happen as the last class). But since no teacher avaialble they kept tjis as second class basically wasting students time
So i decided to ask for refund. So all i had done is 1hr class, a free soft akill seasikn and a book from the institute (which ahould not be more than 1000rs)
When i asked for refund they deduct 8000rs and refunded only 20000rs.
I would request you to please help me get my money back. I am fine with them deducting for the book (or i can courier it to then because i have no intention o[censored]sing it).
I need my money back to enrol elsewhere and prepare for my exam as Edupristine has already wasted my time till mow.
