I am a student who is trying to apply for tsedcet-2017, i have been waiting since two months to apply online but i am unable to apply nor make an online payment as there is no notification for edcet in our state till today.

Sir this the problem from pasalpudi Rayavaram mandala. Here drainage system is too bad that muddy water coming to houses. In rainy it's having heavy problem please resolve this. Thank you
