Eenadu — while constructing the road the workers broke the drain pipe and left unattended for one week till now

I'm a resident of srinivasa nagar, poranki, ward no-8, vijayawada rural. While the workers were constructing concrete road sanction by the gram panchayat office, poranki, the workers broke the drain pipe and it is left un attended for past 6 days drain water is clogging giving a bad smell. We are not able to step out of the house. Old people are not able to come out in case of emergency. Pls do the needful at the earliest.
