Eexata — received the wrong product

And the watch which i have received is fake and doesn’t have any function i am continuously trying to call the customer care bt they are not giving at concern plzzz my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com i need refund and its nit working and today only i received it on 14 th jan 2019 i don’t know how they will be refunding me i need my money back
