Recently on 6th april i have purchased a smartwatch by online. On 9th april i got delivered to my address i was completely shocked by some of the below reason which mentioned.

1. When i place the order it was 1600rs and on time of receiving it was 1999rs

2. I order a dm 360 bluetooth smartwatch watch and i recieved u8 something which is completely different

3. The watch is got getting charged and not getting switch on also

Pls arrange for refund pick and kindly do the needful soon.

This company has not acknowledged the receipt and also not forwarded delivery status till now. I am not in receipt of subject product as well.

I'm a user who bought a smartwatch from this site.
I had ordered a zeblaze thor s 1.39 inch super amoled 1gb + 16gb 3g gps wifi camera heart rate monitor smartwatch.
I paid for this product using paytm.

And 4 days after placing order i received a completely different product with
Fitup ip67 waterproof sport smartwatch written on the courier.
And after i opened it it does not even have a charger for it to work. Does not have the heart rate monitor. I can't even start the watch up.

I have received a completely different product than what i ordered and this is a clear violation of my rights as a consumer. The contact number is not valid and i want a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.

I have perches a mobile from Eexata.in (Presha trading) on 11 Feb'19 model no speria s9 pro notch smart phone & product id : 00217 when i realized that i have ordered a wrong product from some deferent site than & their i tried to make call to their customer care @ [protected] to cancel my order i found that number was switched off. I mailed them at [protected]@eexata.com but i didn't get any response, next day i also tried to reach out then at their customer care but entire day the number was switched off. I have called to paytm as well to seeking help but they were aslo failed to help me.

On 14 Feb'19 i got my shipment by dotzot courier awb no[protected].in this consignment i received a chinese mobile instead of speria s9 pro notch smart phone, costing of the chinese mobile would be max 1.5k. I am not getting any return option on the site.

Again i mailed them with this concern but they are least bother to reply a single email.

I need your help otherwise my entire money will be waste.

I ordered a superstar m10 4g smartphone with face id & fingerprint sencer …but when i got it…it has other mobile phone. I got the wrong and fake product. I have ordered for lemfo lem7 2+16gb watch but received some cheap watch. I am not able to reach customer care and their email i'd isn't valid. It is simply a fraud company duping fake products with different images and looting people. I just want my money back.

Folks out there.. Don't get tempted by ads on social media by offering products at great discount and buy them as they are just looting our hard earned money. Just stay away from these sites and let your friends know.

I have ordered a smartfone through eexata with an online payment of rs 4399 and i got a call from this number [protected] regarding smartfone that it will be delivered in 2-3 days. But still no phone is delivered and when i tried to contact on the same number, it shows its a wrong number. And there is no response through email and when i try customer care number it shows wrong. Please help me to take action against these fake people who make fools and eats the money which we have earn up through hard efforts. These are my details

Full description:-this has reference to online shopping site for mobile and i have select wrong product, so during the call i have informed there customer care executive, it is not huawei brand so please cancel the order and customer executive replied that “ok we will cancel and amount will be refund to your account in next 2-3 days” but then to they have couriered the parcel immediately this incident happen on friday (21/12/18) and saturday (22/12/18) i ahve received the courier. Even though, i opened and found product is not as per the specification mention in bill copy. Like, in specification clearly mentioned battery is 4000mah but it’s actually 2800mah and even screen is not more than 6 inch.
So i have trying to call on given number on website but no buddy lifting the phone or not even replying to mail.
Resolution of complaint:- amount of rs. 4099/- has been already paid thru net banking which i want to return back but they are not responding.
Thus requesting you to look into this matter and help us to refund back the amount.

If any more detail require from me please let us know.

I have ordered DM 360 bluethooth smartwatch of Rs 1799/- on 19th November 2018 but they delivered different one ie. U8 on 25th November 2018. The U8 watch was not up to the price that I have paid. I wanted my money back. In their website only, they have written in the refund policy refund can done with 48hr but they are neither picking the call nor the support mail Id was correct. So please solve my issue, make refund.
