1st problem: my invoice no. E1500430 i9 projector, i have given to for repair and after repair product was delivered to me, i have checked, lens was not working correctly (Screen is not projecting correctly) and lens focusing rotator, keystone correction rotator are not freely movement its very difficult to rotate. Inside the lens the dust is present, you did not cleaned.
You can see the below image as dust particles are present and i have posted a video of lens sound.

2nd problem: i have given to for repair and after repair product was delivered to me (This is 2nd time), i have checked, inside the lens dust particles are present, you did not cleaned since i have called 2 times and told to clean properly.
3rd problem: while watching a movie suddenly picture stops (Whether it is 1 hr or 2 hrs don't know) only audio is coming. On the left side of projection 1 white color line is occurred.
