I bought projector this 3rd october 2019 and now the picture quality is gone.in picture many lines appears so u can't see picture clear. I try to contact the care of this company but no response i think they cheat us. I want to customer service give right contact details so we can contact them and solve problems. My device is in warranty period so i hope my projector must be repair by customer service....

Voice is not working since purchased/taken over through courier online by Amazone.

I bought egate i9 projector. picture was very dull. when start tube light, screen blank. 1st problem: my invoice no. F375890 i9 projector, i have given to for repair and after repair product was delivered to me, i have checked, lens was not working correctly (Screen is not projecting correctly) and lens focusing rotator, keystone correction rotator are not freely movement its very difficult to rotate. Inside the lens the dust is present, you did not cleaned.Service is very bad, and every time egate people give only false promise.
