Hai everyone, This is to say about a company in Chennai and its tricks to make money from its employees. Its a company called as EGB systems and solutions. I gone for a interview and they said that i need to submit my 10th mark sheet to them as a surety and as per the agreement i need to work there for 6 months to get back my mark sheet.after i completed my six months i asked them to return back my mark sheet and they used their tricks towards me ( you need to pay a full month salary to get back your mark sheet). Atlast i paid it and got my marksheet.Bcoz i don't need to mess with my career About the company: Sathish, manager for the ATN process. He doesn't even suit for that Role. He wears chappal while coming to office and dress like a coolie. He gets huge amount from the client as salary for the employees and he will pay them only half of it. EVENTHOUGH YOU COME TO THE OFFICE WITHOUT TAKING EVEN A SINGLE LEAVE THEY WILL DEDUCT SOME MONEY FROM YOUR SALARY if you ask them they will say its for the errors you made in the process. The next Big trick is work process. The client can only see how many Id's are accessed . So, Sathish will ask his employee to work for Two id's per day ( 8 hours work time 4 hours for each ID) . And he will stress the employee to make two person's production Using this trick he can show 20 employees are working, but only ten employees are there. ( USING TWO ID's Per person). The client will pay him for 20 employees. Using this trick they are sucking out money from the client for many years. I will be happy if the client visits the Chennai location directly, they will get caught in hands. and my last and Final Moral PLEASE DONT JOIN IN THIS COMPANY PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR LIFE HERE. THIS IS NOT EVEN A OFFICE ITS LIKE A BROWSING CENTRE

I worked in Egb systems and solutions, Chennai for the past 6 months . They got my 10th certificate and they said they will give back my certificate after six months and they are refusing to give back my certificate and they are blackmailing me to pay a full month salary. Sathish funny squirrel face guy, you will laugh when u look at him He is the biggest cheater in this company, please don't join in this company. Better say it as a Fish market . you will lose your career growth. They are collecting huge amount from the client that there are many employees working in there. They are making an employee to work like a bullock cart. He is also cheating clients and collecting huge amount from them as salary and he is paying half of the amount to the employee..He doesn't have the eligibility to be a manager.

ceo ganesh - false commitment man 10 +years company www.egbsystems.com run panraan. the worlds biggest squirrel face fellow n teeth. u see him u ll laugh. employees tell he is b.e in electrical .. otha salary he will not put proper... lot of issue in finger print access to cheat and cut employee salary

bharath - he new m.d joined before me 6 month back no knowledge in any technology of iphone, web just daily send emails asking what happen , status, what new project, etc and tries to understand but nothing he will. he joining will hr removed me from office. i got bad name from ceo and i left company. he do not know to manage company but became m.d . he has no experience in any technology but all banda's he show in office.

hr manager ava peru kokila. toilet washer as people told and she in the position. almost she is a type of woman for some other night work. she does polictics n has some wrong with tech team and manager.

php manager muthu - all say he rules the company www.egbsystems.com though nothing above Php coding he know. all employees especially girls often go to his room, no one knows y. even i see him many time. in one office tour after tour finish and came office all tell he trying to touch a girl in phone team. cheap man. he is close to Hr manager. he control team fully .Php team - all guys no 50 percent knowledge in php speak we do all in the company.
