I worked in this company as a head of one department. I would actually say that they need to change the way they are working - the work culture, management, facilities et.

The projects are very heap ( wonder how did they get some reputed hospitals) but rest are bartanwalla, chappalwalla, et.. et..
There is no record of previous projects and the clients are actually using our hindi mother abuses;-) on phone calls irrespective of whether it is any female person.

One gets salary on 15th of every month - might have been delayed now.- baniya company where holiday list can be changed as per diya n deepak.

Diya will watch each n every employee from the camera even the time one spents in loo ;-)))

In case u applied for eave, then also sal will be deducted.

So, CHANGE in MANAGEMENT is necessary..

no growth and no appraisal
even to get the relieving letter, you need to beg them to give it
would not give you ur left salary, unless you know how to take it out.

    Good Day. Be careful of this Sai Webtel Technology! SWT group
    They are fraud and crooks! They lied they have office in USA. They took my money and did not do my job. I checked their location in USA but fraud! Their USA number - only voice mail, no living thing answered my call!
    I called their Indian office to complain. The boss told me to [censored] off!
    He told me that I am a foreigner. I should study their Indian legal system before I file a legal case in court to sue them. He told me it will take 40 years or more for us to meet them in court so I was more than welcome to go to sue the. He told me that he has good network and he would even asked the police to put me in jail if I went to India to look for them. He was a sweet talker before I paid him full payment. He told me that he was a honorable person and would do my job 100% up to my satisfaction.
    OK! OK! Who can I blame? I can only blame myself that I was an ! I should check them carefully before I sent money to them in advance.

    I am agree with your statement. Recently I had also outsourced some of work from them and i am very happy with their service.

    Here in USA, i am running Medical Tourism business, I was very afraid to see the various negative comments about the company & decided not to outsource the work from them, .
    I had asked one of my close friend about Indian companies which are expert in medical design & development.

    He suggest me some companies as mednet-tech, emedicaldesign, sai webtel.
    I asked him about webtel technologies & negative comment on internet.

    He told me that he had very good experience with these companies and assured me to outsource the work without any hesitation.

    I had contacted all these companies & asked about their plans & time to complete the project, and found that sai webtel will complete the project as per my expected time with full assurance.

    Finally i had outsource my work to Sai webtel & got completed the work as specified time in contract.

    Now i am very thankful to the for such a closer support.

    I am Harish Rawat from Jaipur, Rajasthan. In our business we have to be on a regular schedule as it is foremost thing for us to get our products to the stores. In respect of Sai webtel, I truly rely on trustworthy service like they are sai webtel .they always help us to move our business further and so satisfy all their customers.

    I thnk that the above are fraudulent reviews posted by webtel employees to try and get some positive reviews. They are a fraudulent company and are very spammy. I have purchased some software from them. Everytime i change anything on my server, their software stops working, even though I have a legally purchased copy of software from them. they charge me for reinstallation. on top of that, everyday i get an sms from them for buying their software, which i have already bought.

    please give me your contact details and addresses and i will personally visit you to see for myself the job of sai webtell. please people dont get fool by this company! please do not trust me or them. dont be an as me to read positive comments online about them and felt for it. if they are sincere they wont ask you for one euro in advance to your work. i have learnt a very painful experience due to this company. now i am working with companies who deliver my work before payment. i pay only when i am satisfy.

    I already hired a lawyer to sue them. Yes, he was right and it will take time but we cannot just let them go. They need to pay! They cheated my money and stole my customers' data! If you need help, give me a call at my number[protected].

    I worked with SWT and would never recommend my friends to be a part of such organization as:-

    There is no process; you would be simply handed over the project
    Most of the projects are indian based
    Marketing team makes fake promises with the client about ranking achievable in a week and getting loads of leads
    Salary comes on 15th of Month
    You cannot take leave for 3 months Confirmation is generally postphoned, so that you do not get full salary
    No APPRAISALS
    CEO comes to 10-15 times a day; having no sound knowledge but ready to give any kind of advice

    You cannot take leave for 3 months Confirmation is generally postponed, so that you do not get full salary
    No APPRAISALS after working since 2 years.
    CEO having no sound knowledge but ready to give any kind of advice any time but over conf indent about Web Design, Development & SEO.
    They have more than 300 Projects for SEO / SMO but only 3-4 members are handling the all 300 projects so any one can understand the quality of the Projects and the status of SEO Team without any Team Leader or SEO Manager.
    After leaving such GREAT Organization you have to do call them them several times or send many mails but they will not reply nor attend the phone calls for the salary.

    How could the deliver the projects according your expectation even they have the team of 4-5 members in SEO and they are handling more than 300 projects.

      if you are the clients of sai webtel technology, please find an expert (3rd party) to check your database to make sure they did not build any underground tunnel to steal your data or forward a copy of your customers' email to themselves. they are expert in these! they stole my data and customers!!!! please be careful.
      you do not need to trust in me, but please do check! it is extremely important!

        Hi All,
        I dont want to say too much to give free marketing for this company, but I would advice you to check all their customers befor you giv them outsouring jobs. Make sure to get their customers' websites details so you find the contact information there to contact them. Do not just trust their words even their customers details for your reference. MAKE SURE CHECK, CALL AND VERIFIED.

        I also had very bad experience with this company. I would suggest you do not pay them any advance money. If you really want to gamble with them, you should pay them after they finish your work. Their people are very sweet in talking so please be careful. Good luck.

        Well as you guys had a bad experience about SAi Webtel technologies Pvt. Ltd. i do have the same sort of probs with them, i agree that they need to take care of the clients as they created the strategy of make money by 60:40 (60% in advance and 40% meanwhile). But my problem is bit different from you they haven't started any SEO as they don't know anything about it. Want to know more about those guys i just posted a blog for them the facts of SEO companies.

        Sai Webtel Technologies is the worst company i have ever worked with.
        Moreover they are highly unprofessional company for SEO. what they say and commit they do not do it.
        Employees working in the company are not satisfied then how the clients can be.
        DEEPAK SAHANI says that he has a best team for healthcare and seo but he himself do not know any thing regarding this. A financial support from outside landed him in this company and also a big fraud which he and his father did.

        Hi,

        Soon after this was posted, i was informed to talk to the client as i was handling this account.
        When i spoke to Mr. Thomas at Global Vision Tours, who owns many websites in travel industry.
        i was shocked to know from him that he does not have any such issues and problems with Sai Webtel and has never posted anything anywhere, his contract was actually ended 3 months back.

        After knowing this i again came back to the complaint and realized, why a client of a company will favor employee saying they are not satisfied rather saying he is not satisfied ! Strange... I read the whole 6 lines again and then again realized if we working with company does not know about financial support landed over, how can one annoyed client be sure of it. Strange Again.

        The 2 clues above was sufficient to make out that this has been no one but one of the recently Fired Employee of the company for leaking companies important information, as he would have no job now, so he has become self employed Blogger !

        I request every client on behalf of my company, if they have any issues with our services kindly put in your complete details and contact numbers and we would be happy to work free for you or will return your 100% money.

        Back-end team at Sai Webtel Technologies is extremely helpful specially Annurudha, Richa, Ravinder always give us suggestions on improvement in design, updating website and send test inquiries to keep us in alert mode.

        Because Sai Webtel has really helped our business in branding online, I just thought i should reward them back with telling whats true and my experience.

        WARNING: CHEATER SAI WEBTEL
        I gave them the access to my website's server to do the development and maintenance jobs. I was stupid and did not trust the complaints about them. They are shameless and low life thieves. They stole our website data! I got an email from an unknown person who showed me the facts that they stole my data and made a full copy of my site to sell to other customers secretly. Their staff and boss are sweet talker, they made me believe that they were honest to give them jobs. I believed they have an office in USA, but it is fake. They only got a USA phone number and pretended that they have offices there. ASK THEM FOR FULL ADDRESS AND SEND SOMEONE TO CHECK THEM IF YOU ARE FROM USA. DO NOT BLINDLY TO TRUST THEM AS STUPID ME!!!
        You would be cheated as me if you chose to ignore all the complaints about them.

        I used to work for Webtel and would actually like to say that this company no doubt makes huge promises and has good projects but it lacks good team or resources to perform the activities because of which the clients remain highly dissatisfied. No doubt there is a serious management problem and salary issues remain as they love to deduct salary ( in my 1yrs tenure, I have got full salary only twice). The fact is that this company cannot grow but remain what it is today. The employees working there are highly demotivated and looking out for a job change.

        i am dissatisfied with their work..They are now looting the investor & customer in the name of healthians.com. their managers are all womeniser..so female employees are not safe. They never do background verification of senior level. hired people those who are fired from OYO rooms.
