Eicher — Complaints for new cng vehicle model no. Pro3019

Dear Sir,

We have recently purchased a 32-foot CNG vehicle from your dealer, VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. The vehicle’s registration number is MH04MH8319, and its chassis number is MC2CASRC0TC129446.

Since purchasing the vehicle, we have encountered several issues with its performance. During transportation to Kasara Ghat, the vehicle frequently stopped. We have lodged a complaint with the dealer, but we have not received a satisfactory response.

Similarly, while returning from Nashik to Wada, the vehicle again stopped, this time while descending from the Ghat. We were compelled to tow the vehicle down, and it only resumed running after we had towed it.

We believe that the vehicle may have been delivered without undergoing the necessary quality checks at Eicher Motor, which is concerning given the brand reputation of Eicher. We have been in continuous communication with the dealer, but we have not received any resolution to these issues.

Furthermore, we have discovered that the dealer has engaged in fraudulent invoicing practices. They billed us for the vehicle in March, which is reflected in the 26S of our TCS. However, they generated a GST invoice in April, which can be viewed in the GST portal. This constitutes a criminal offence, as we cannot have invoices for the same product at two different times.

We kindly request that you rectify the invoice and provide us with a fresh GST invoice that aligns with the TCS shown in the 26AS.
