I had booked an eicher vehicle in Girnar Motor in Nagpur, for that I had given down payment ₹ 20000 but But due to my lack of finance, I had to cancel the Vehicle, but I am not giving my ₹ 20000 down payment back to the Girnar Motor and he is saying, do you comply in the consumer court or do anything, do not get the payment down payment back
