eicher pro 1110 xp over heating

We had purchased a new truck from the dealer shree motors faridabad vide invoice no.[protected] dated 15.3.2018. The truck is giving trouble on one count or the other from the beginning.
Now it is overheating and the truck had been to the workshop for four times in the last one month. Sometimes for two days at one go. Even now the problem has not been sorted out. If the truck gets heated in winter season we do not know what will happen in summer. If the engine ceases it will be resposibility of eicher motors limited.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Muthuraaj (Fleet manager) from BULLET LOGISTICS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
We have purchased lot of vehicles from Eicher Motors and recently we have purchase 8 vehicles on 8/5/18 and 10 vehicles on 16/5/18 from Jayalakshmi Auto works, Salem.
On that purchase we have released PO as "Bullet Trans Solutions Pvt Ltd" which is our another company and Jayalakshmi auto works also provided quotation as same name.
But concern is while we place the vehicle for any service the bill name reflects as "Bullet Logistics". We have repeatedly chase M/S. Jayalakshmi Auto to clear this issue; but they are not resolved and now a days they didn't response. even not attending our phone calls.
I don't know hot to solve this problem, our auditor is not agreed these kind of bills, so we are facing much problem from auditor side.
So kindly consider this complaint and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Note: I have attached our PO and quotation and service bill copy herewith for your reference.

service of the vehicle not done properly

I gave my company vehicle for 2nd service which suppose to happen after 40000 kms on 15th at laxmi motors. The vehicle ka03ad9765 (Model no pro1049) is registered on burrito restaurants pvt. Ltd. When i gave for servicing there was no issue with the vehicle but after the servicing i got my vehicle on 16th and i found that it has started omitting the smoke. I took it back to service center next day on 18th. I told my issue but service manager said that there is a issue with the filter which needs to be changed. I got agreed on that and the filter was been changed but after that the vehicle was not getting started. Which was even been seen by the service supervisor. Later he checked and said the switch got burnt. I approved to change the switch too. But still the issue was not been resolved as the vehicle got stopped mid of the way. I called them back and they sent the mechanic to the spot. Mechanic said that the switch got burnt again. But somehow he started the vehicle and told that the switch will be changed at devanahalli branch. When i went there my vehicle was been kept by the manager and he started asking 800 rs as labour charges. I gave and took my vehicle back. He actually lied to me because i did not have cash so why i was been told that the problem will be rectified as soon as i will reach to the branch but it was a trap to take the money. Next day i took my vehicle to yashwantpur branch sri laxmi motors. They said the pump has gone and will charge me 45000 inclusive of labor charge.
Help me in that case as there was no issue with the vehicle before the service but later on many issues arise.

.1 Bajrang Automobile dealer from Uttarakhand is not ready to attend our insurance call for front glass replacement.
2. Side windows replacement is not being attended properly.
3. Till date we have not received bills and token for agreed AMC for the bus.

I am your client for the past 2015 years. And have been regular in my payments.
I wish to bring to your notice that your service has not statfictated to me. Despite reminders to eicher trucks and bus. There has been no improvement in the service for past few months are dissatisfied with your service.
There is very less irresponsible behavior in your staff service in gandhidham division.
I had visited at the office tomorrow the staff has no upstanding between them so what they will give the arrive to the customer.
Please look into this matter urgently and do the needful.

Vehicle - mh04hy3889. I sunil shettiyar owner of this vehicle. The vehicle brokedown on thursday 24may. The compalint got registered but the executive of company mahavir motor belgaum has closed the compalint. The vehicle is not yet ready and there is lack of communication. The company executive mr navin is not replying and providing ua false information. We contacted the online complain service, but the phone executive naresh is not ready to launch our complaint.

truck 1059 pro tyres overheating / controller not working

Was a day when decided for eicher as a company for my vehicle purchase and selected model 1059 pro.
At this moment now, writing this with a regret that decision has come out to be wrong and eicher has not lived up to the mark. Unfortunately, the truck has been running into the faults/issues from day 1 of business and has only been counting for the losses so far and in the service centers.
Below is the list of issues and their history date wise (Date may be here and there 1 or 2 days). Also kindly go through the overall concerns and expected resolutions from eicher at the end of this note.
Problum history (Date wise):
On 19/03/2018 purchased vehicle. Vehicle and dealer details below.
• truck model : eicher 1059 pro
• owner : ramesh kumar, vill & po garsa, distt. Kullu h. P., ph : [protected]
• purchase from : unique vm vehicle pvt. Ltd. Vill & po nagchala, tehsil sadar, distt. Mandi, h. P.
• vehicle chassis no. : mc2c6crcojb394666
Vehicle was idle for a month or so while getting paper work done (Registrations, licenses etc.)
On 30/04/2018 had problem with hand break and engine starting, and did service at authorized dealer kk motors bajura, distt. Kullu, h. P.
On 04/05/2018 vehicle was on 1st business trip (Carrying load of vegetable from kullu to amritsar). And encountered below faults/issues. Surprisingly a big list for a new vehicle.
1. Foot break turning hard
2. Tires heating and getting puncture near valve.
3. Controller not working.
4. Mobil leak
5. Tapet cover leak
6. Hand break poorly/merely working
pathetic quality.
On 09/05/2018 service was again done for above issues at kk motors bajura, distt. Kullu, h. P. Dealer assured all issues are sorted except controller due to unavailability of part.
On 15/05/2018 vehicle was on 2nd business trip (Carrying load of vegetable from kullu to amritsar). And unfortunately encountered below issues again. On road service was performed to make vehicle running.
1. Foot break turning hard
2. Tires heating and getting puncture near valve after ~100km of runway.
clearly indicates skillset of service persons not adequate. Pathetic service & quality.
On 16/05/2018 vehicle is serviced again at vm vehicle pvt. Ltd. Yet no perfect solution and tires are exhibiting sound now and vehicle is not in driving condition.

We purchased a bus chassis of jumbo ve 20.15 on jan - 2017 and registered on jun - 2017
We are not sufficient with your engine
From the day 1 we are getting much issues
* the vehicle has not been ran 15000km within this period the pump has got failure.
* after it happens the company has changed the pump (Float pump)
Even that too has been failed
* we are getting a mileage of 3kmpl
* there is no quick response to customers from lakshmi motor service centre, gorguntepalya
* now again third time the pumphas changed
* we are fed up of this # things
If this problem doesn't solved, then we should take a severe action on your company from consumer court.

Hello, my self ramesh gulraj from deepak taobacco.
We buy a new eicher 1110 bh4 from patel motors indore on the behalf of deepak tobacco on 13/09/17. Our vehicle no is mp098794. On 05/01/18 we had got a trouble in that vehicle on road at ahmedabad (Gujrat). We had checked it at service center. At ahmedabad from service center we got amessage that it had a manufacturing mistake. At 04/04/18 there was another trouble in our vehicle. At 06/04/18 we have faced another trouble in our vehicle at jhabua. Our vehicle is at jhabua now. Please give us suggestion to rectify our issue.

I bought a bike on 1 jan 2016 first 6 months were good with that bike but after that it started causing problems like headlamps on working defect in indicators n the main isuue was wiring ahort circuit several times i have been facing problems speedo meter not working. I have been taking this bike to service center despit regular services. Nln every time m been facing a bill of rs[protected] n now they have given me a bill of 20000. Only 6000 km it has been runed. I am pankaj poonia, representative from 'pooja educational institute', harlaya, osian, jodhpur. (Raj)
Sir we purchased a new bus from - ve commercial vehicles ltd, jodhpur about two months ago.
Bus has some major issues -
1. Its' all tires heats abnormally within 15- 20 km.
2. Its' fuel meter is not working.
3. Some other minor issues.
As your sells man told us that your bus will be repaired on site in warranty period.
Your road side assistance (24x7) service has been visited us 3 times. But their service was not enough satisfactory.
Now service centre asks us to bring bus at service centre. The service centre is about 350 kms away from our school.
We are agree but we want fuel payment of the trip. Or repair bus on site.
Please provide your ve vehicles jodhpur, a guideline about it and look the matter.

I had bought eicher 10.49 from fortpoint kurla kamani branch mumbai.
From agent nadem shaikh they had given me a vehicle in which there was continue buzzer sound.
After asking they told me that bcoz of washing, but it didnt stop.
They told bcoz of meter.
They told bcoz of wiring but it didnt stop.
Now my vehicle is in work shop for a month so looking forward for compensation and resolution.
I m paying emi and my driver is also in sitting sitution and i m having mental stress.
I m continues calling mr manoj maurya but no response cont:[protected]
And to sandesh from fortpoint workshop, if not receive response will go via media for further discussion.
So looking forward for positive response

We have technical educational institute in the name of ROURKELA INTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY situated at Kalunga district of Sundargadh.
We had taken 8 number of school bus from your company, but your service unit situated at Vedbyas chowk which is situated at 3km distance from our institute. But whenever we have given our buses for servicing.Your service centre people do not respond to our service problems by not giving estimation prior to maintainance insisting payments which is grose violation an institutional school buses. As ours a 30years old institute, we are always sincere to our commitment.
We want all our buses to be maintained at your service centre and want a genuine bill not the hand written bill, for this we invited all your senior officers to our institute and want one MOU for maintainance of our buses.
Please do the needfull and instruct your area office for MOU and service

In which up14gt 1215 go for a trip very first time on date 16/062017 to chandausi distt moradabad utter pradesh
Vehicle got breakdown due to nonfuctioning of accelerater
Complain lodged on eicher onsite assistant
Your bareilly dealer sent a mechanic but remain unable to solve problem
Some how they move vehical from chandausi to barielly and till right now vehicular still in workshop problem not resolved.

Consume my fuel from chandausi to bareilly

Registration number up14gt 1216, 1214, 1215, 1266and 0955 respectively
In which up14gt 1215 go for a trip very first time on date 16/062017 to chandausi distt moradabad utter pradesh
Vehicle got breakdown due to nonfuctioning of accelerater
Complain lodged on eicher onsite assistant
Your bareilly dealer sent a mechanic but remain unable to solve problem
Some how they move vehical from chandausi to barielly and till right now vehicular still in workshop problem not resolved.
I lost my 4-6 working days
Consume my fuel from chandausi to bareilly
I have to pay installment 1300/- per day
That's why we go for new vehicles

Dear Sir, I beg to inform you that there are so many problems found from the beginning in my (WB-63A/3392) vehicles, but no step was taken from your end till 1st July 2017. They don't have proper manpower and machinery which is required for vehicle service if they don't able to provide proper service pls closed it and i also requested you to please confirm can we take vehicle service from outside and what about about free warranty,
They charge full invoice and collect coupon but not provide proper service..
Please take necessary action we will wait for the same.

Regarding dealer and poor service
Respected sir/madam,
I mangeram have purchased eicher tractor 3 months ago from bhawani automobiles near kapil cinema mawana meerut through dealer SONU by paying full payment in cash.He promised to give other spare parts later but he has not given chatri etc. till now and my tractor is not working properly so whenever I ask for service or spare parts, he always used to talk abusively and always had said we don't have time for your rubbish work or complain. His behaviour is so arrogant and never comes for service.
so please take strong action against this dealer and instruct them to service my tractor immediately.
please help me out . I m waiting for your reply.

The problem in the ecu

I rameek juneja have purchased eicher cng model 6 months back from day 1 i am getting so many problems in the vehicle and still i have'nt got any solution.This is the worst vehicle i have ever purchased in my life.There is a problem in ecu of the vehicle and the company is not replacing that part i don't know for what they are waiting for.My vehicle is at shree motors service center in mudka.Worst experience with eicher.I request all the transporters not to purchase eicher vehicle specially the cng model.

I have purchased a 31seater school bus on 12August 2016 from your Dealer Tambi motors Jaipur. At the purchase of the bus it was agreed that the dealer will get the permit and RTO done within a week. Now TRC will be over within 3 days till now RC and permit not got. The dealer has taken all the documents required from the school. The more frustrating matter to the customer is not answering the call made to the dealer....

We are writing following points for your consideration :-
1. We had purchased Eicher School Bus as above referred Model with sitting capacity from your authorized dealer M/s J.K. Motor’s, N.H. 7, Karond Nala, Bye Pass Choraha, Katni Road, Jabalpur, having chases No. MC2AICRFOFF318997 and Engine No. E413CDFF036759 on[protected] for student transportation purpose.
2. With due respect we need to make your kind note we are having 7school Bus with us of Tata Motors and after seeing your Bus we have finalized EICHER SCHOOL Bus with great expectation.
3. After purchase from very first day all the discs and tyres of Bus was got very hot and tyres become Jammed after few kilometers, which results load on Engine.
4. We have made complaint for the same to Mr. Manoj Pandey G.M., J.K. Motor’s Jabalpur and after that he have send mobile service van at our school for resolve the problems .(Because distance between Gadarwara (school) to Jabalpur is 150 kms )
5. But in 3 - 4 visit, also mobile services van person was not able to resolve the problem completely in the month of August 2015.
6. Than he mechanic as well as workshop in charge has informed us there is some manufacturing Assembling fault in the tyres, and they suggested have to send the Bus in workshop at Jabalpur and whatever charges are there company will cover it as Bus is in warranty period.
7. School have send the vehicle on[protected] to resolve the problems of tyre.
8. At service center Break shoe spring size was reduced and adjusted and they have returned the Bus with assurance that after few kilometers it will be resolve.
9. At initial level instead of maintain the speed and load of engine for few kms, here due to problem in wheel Discs Engine got full load and got heatup.
10. Currently after observing that oil consumption is too much and again we have reported same thing to M/s J. K. Motor’s workshop and they have send the mobile service van after 15 days and after seeing the problem they have call the Bus fro services in Jabalpur Workshop, and assured that Bus is in warranty period so their will not be any charges.
11. We have send the Bus on[protected] for the arresting problem later on we come to know that the problem is in Engine.
12. When we have goan to take the delivery of Bus on[protected] they have raised the bill to us of Rs. 40, 159/-.
13. When we have asked that Bus is in warranty period which is told by them also, why we should pay the amount then their response was really surprising stating that the Engine is repaired due to dust which is totally unacceptable . And we have not taken the delivery of Bus, It is still in M/s J.K. Motor’s, Jabalpur (Workshop).
With due respect we have concluded the matter in front of you. We know that we have purchased a School Bus from a Brand EICHER with a huge confidence and in fact we have shared value adding thing about EICHER SCHOOL BUS in our area and 4 Buses is sold in our small Town in same period, and we have still faith on EICHER and Team EICHER.
Sir we are humbly requesting you to look into the matter and provide the possession of our School Bus.

Problems not resolved in vadodara since 6 months

My name is Chandrakant J patel having model No. 1095 and Vehicle Registration No. GJ-6/VV/ 9986. I will complaint more than 10 times to Vadodara Service Station in the name of V.G. Automobiles. Last time i am giving my vehicle for more than a week in service station. My problem is also in knowledge of Station supervisor in the name of Mr. Shailesh and also Technician Head in the name of Mr. Chandan Bhatt. But till date my problem was not resolved since 6 months. My vehicle was more vibrating and unbalancing ( Bubbling).

Today i need two new eicher 10.80 vehicle for attached in logistics comoany my contract will be expired on 27 but your gorakhpur dealer not privide vehicle today and also stop to give me vehicle from lucknow.So for that reason i have cancel all deals with eicher motor and never want to purchace any vehicle from eicher.Tomorrow bharat benz give me two new vehicle and i will purchase i was also your old customer my brother also purcahsed 6 vehicke from you.But now we all stop to after today incident.

engine problem

Bought eicher truck on[protected]!
Today its engine occured a sevier problem! It was submitted in eicher workshop un gwalior!
Works of workshop are not behaving properly and not ready to make engine properly working; not even telling how much time it will take to repair! As it was company mistake :; but still they are asking for money; even after paying money they are not ready to repair it! And main thing is that truck is loaded with mangoes in it!
Please somebody help me so that I can take a seviour action against eicher Motors limited!

New school bus without power steering

Sir, I bought a school bus in May 2014 (registeration No TN 12 C 6451) Engine no E483CDEB636872. It was supposed to be with Power steering but we got only ordinary. Hex Mobiles PVt Ltd, Poonamallee, Chenai where I bought the bus promised to replace within a week. Nothing has been done so far even after repeated request. The agent name is Mohan Raj and his cell no: [protected]. Please do the needful at the earliest before I move to the consumer court.

Netconnect is not getting connet and giving the message wireless network is unavailable.
Since last 10days, I am unable to use my netconnet of reliance. as I insert my device it start initilizing but after few minutes it shows that wireless device is unavailable or does not exist. I have tried the toll free no and customer care no plenty of time, every time I listen all the routes are busy. contacting to your franchies they are not responding their phone no is continously swtich off.
