I have got my Mark sheet and provisional certificate of MA English for the session January 2010 to December 2011. I want to apply for the Degree certificate. Please guide me in this regard.what is the best possible way for getting updated required information.

I have done M.com from this university and after that i got only my marksheets and I paid money for my degree but didn't received both.My enrollment number is EIILMU/10/S/2116482
