Eiilm University — degree verification and certificate not received

I have completed my BA in geography degree in distance mode from EIILM university[protected]. Received the mark sheets only, Still not received the degree certificates. My career is in danger. I need the certificates as soon as possible and want to verify that the mark sheets are original or fake. I have tried to contact the university but no one is there to answer.

I'm attaching my mark sheets copy. Please help me out.
