[Resolved] Ekanki Fish Spot — Order not sending not refunding

I ordered aquarium items worth 8000 and transferred money to his account in january second week from that day he keep on delaying order and make excuses now he neither replying in whatsapp nor receiving call. i also previously deal with him last time i order in august 2016 and get my order in jan 2017 after i give him new order. i have transffered money to his account through net banking.
