We ordered for three varieties of fishes to him with advance payment. First of all, he delayed the shipment for several weeks. Then somehow he parceled the fishes and we got really shocked at the time of opening the box.in the three boxes, only one set of fishes was worthy. A box was filled with only dead fishes and we are pretty sure, it were not dead in the time of travelling. He purposefully gave the dead and decayed fishes then, the last box were with some local breed fishes what we didnt ordered. When we dialled him to tell this, he raised with damn abuses. He is telling that, its about his opinion that "which fishes is to be shipped and the customers have no right to ask anything about that." and he threatend us that, he have lawyers and policeman's in his family. So, nobody can turn against him. We are also legally backuped persons and we are going against this legally.
Till now he didnt refunded our cash.
So please stay away from his cheating. If anybody hav same experience like this, please contact in our number #[protected], #[protected].

Hi I made a order of variety of fishes with ekanki fish spot and he promised me to dispatch within 72 hrs I made a order on 23/05/18 for the amount of 5000Rs... then he said me to pay full payment as informed I did my payment then from ryt next day payment was done till now he has not responding nd always says reason after he gets money in pocket he is a big cheater plz don't do business with him if any one believes him u will end up n road his contact no [protected]

Biggest fraud I ve ever seen...

The owner of ekanki fish spot, west bengal is a big fraud who lives by swindling people off their money. This fellow promised me to deliver my order by 6th or 7th june 2018 but has been just deferring the date by giving some worthless excuses. He even wont respond to repeated calls. I am attaching the online payment screenshot done by me on 4th june 2018. This fellow should be brought to justice.

Ekanki fish spot owner mr sauvik is a big fraud. He told me to deposit money in his bank account in the name ekaki fish spot in axis bank on 26/4/2018
But till know today 22/05/2018 he has not send me fish nor his is picking up my phone.
He is a big fraud every1 be careful while doing business with him.

I paid 2800 for my products. I ordered for 4 arowana and 4 red tail catfish on 7th of march and i transfered to the account number of the owner of ekanki fish spot. It has been 1 week since i ordered my products. That guy never answers the call nor replies ro the messages. He told me he is not a fraud. He is really a fraud who doesn't keep his words. I have all the chat history and call records and many more. I must register a complain about him and he must be punished. He must never ve able to cheat other peoples again. Please don't send him money again and don't get cheated. He will never reply to you and he will change his behaviour after getting the money. He is a big fraud.

Hii myself Tejas and I ordered Sting ray 1 single fish ₹2850 last Wednesday ( 7/3/18) for Ekanki fish spot([protected]). this guy said he'll be dispatching in 2 days n I get it within 3_4 days .. it's been a week till now.. daily one or d other reasons he is giving
No response till now.. Can't call him also

He has neither sent fishes nor refunded money. He has been making excuses for last one year. I request people please don't trust him he's a lier.

I order fishes worth 2900 on 21 feb 2017
He going on makes excuses like missed the train after that he told his mohter in law died after the electricity was gone and all fishes died after the he told me he will send after holi and now he is telling that he met with an accident. And blocked me on whatsapp and now lifting my call .please do not order fishes from him he is fraud #######. I ordered aquarium items worth 8000 and transferred money to his account in january second week from that day he keep on delaying order and make excuses now he neither replying in whatsapp nor receiving call. i also previously deal with him last time i order in august 2016 and get my order in jan 2017 after i give him new order. i have transffered money to his account through net banking.

I order fishes worth Rs2900 and still didnt get my delivery. he is keep going on making excuses and delays my delivery. still i didnt get my delivery of fish. and i am getting igorned he is not lifting his call and not replying also. not with me he aslo cheated with so many of them. sowik mitra this is not good i will book case on you and there are so many evidence people.[protected] these is the number and i have all call recordings

I am a local fish retailer I ordered fish for worth 6000 something. At first he delayed my order so many times. when i finally received my order i found dead fish when the order was received it was a complete loss for me. By the look of it i think fish was dead because to bad packaging. Percentage of water and air was totally wrong. Don't buy from him ever.

I ordered pet fishes from Ekanki FIsh spot, i was told to pay in advance to his account, so i transfered the money to his account on 10th January 2017. Amount is INR 3140. I was promised my order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, but still has not. when i asked for my money back, i was ignored and he kept making excuses and delaying. Please look into the matter. Thank you.
