Order id SRTP[protected] / 06/2022 I received a message in the morning that my courier would deliver and at 12 noon a delivery executive by the name of Muhammad Hashim called me and asked for a house and when I told him where the house was located it was not my area so I could not come there. I told him it was a regular delivery but he cut off the phone and spoke in very harsh language and my courier did not deliver and requested that strong action be taken against him.

Dear sir/Madam,

I am writting this complaint with regard to return pickup of order id[protected] dated 1 june 2022.i would like to make a complaint regarding the same.
I placed an order vide order id[protected] form TATACLIQ and received the product on dated 4/06/2022 and immediately placed return order for the same on the same day as the product was not in good condition and was slightly damaged.
The very next day on 5/6/2022 one executive from Ekart logistics services vide return order no. CLQR[protected] phone no. [protected] pin 171 Picked up the product from my house but i did not received the refund yet, rather time and again i got the messages from different parcel/return pickup service provider regarding new scheduling date of return pickup etc.
I have made many complaint to customer care services at TataCliq but non of them are able to solve the issue rather they are making vague excuses.
I tried to contact the Ekart logistic but non of their phone numbers provided for customer care services are working even their Email id's are not working
it is my humble request please kindly look after the matter and help me get my refund back

Order not delivered

FMPN[protected] Is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but it is not moving from CentralHub_BHW1 from 13th and neither I am able to track the status in ekart portal. Please help as I am not sure when this will be delivered.

It was my mistake that i had given a negative feedback to the delivery guy and that guy was nice and humble but due to my wife's misconceptions i thought the guy was responsible but it was someone else please i do apologise for inconvenience and please make sure the guy won't face any problems. Ordered via flipkart and the tracking id was FMPC[protected].

I am from barimunda, baulanga, puri, odisha pin-752107.
I order from myntra, When the delivery boy call me then he asked me about the delivery address which is also filled in Flipkart but the delivery boy is telling me then he will not dilevering my product at my address and he always doing samething. so please take action on this event strictly. I always experience bad service of yours.

The delivery boy can't pick my call and can't delevery the product to me the product is out for delivery in morning 11:03 am but it's now 4:23 pm stil not delivered the product

My parcel is not received from 3 days
Parce is received Ekart office from 3 days

I received a courier from Lucknow at 10:16am today. The packet was open and 2 books were missing so I refused to accept the packet and returned the same.

And on top of this the delivery boy was smart to ask for the OTP before handing over the package.

I order for replacement of noise earbuds mini from Flipkart But ekart delivery guy is playing with me. I got the message as delivered but i didn't recieve the product. Please solve my issue.

This is my Order ID : #[protected] ihave been waiting for this order more than 2months when its came to deliver ekart logistics partner didnt deliver my order with out prior information or any thing they sended my order back and the wishmaster didnt called me or messaged me still rejected my order as unserviceable area the phone number is running adress were correct still the order didint recived
I have been faced horrible experince thorugh this dumba** logistics partner

I ordered a product from Flipkart and the product delivery was very late and delivery girl was very rude and arrogant.it was to be delivered at my office and I specifically mentioned timing of office and that delivery girl came after office timing and was very unprofessional and also was having a boy alongwith her and both of them were calling me and irritating me.i had worst experience with them.and also product was opened and used.such a pathetic delivery.fraud

I recently placed an order with flipkart and my parcel got shipped with ekart logistics...i was happy because i had an amazing experience with ekart logistics in past..
But now i am feeling very bad and sad because my parcel is stuck at gurgaon since 16th june..and still it didn't reach bathinda..estimated date of delivery is today..and i have made online payment...please solve my issue by delivering my product as soon as possible
And the information which is showed to me is also very complex..

I ordered a product from a flipkart and the delivery was expected by 18th June 2022, but now it shows that the product was delivered on 16th June 2022 at 8:59pm.
I didn't even received the product and not even once I spoke to the delivery guy.
I am requesting you to take action.

Myntra product id no MYNP[protected] was picked up from home by delivery executive from Ecom express phone id [protected].
But now it is showing return is cancelled .and product is delivered.How can get my refund and when ?

My flipkart order OD[protected] containing 2number of quantity i.e 2number of vermicompost each packet weight 10kg total of 20kg but I received only 1parcel i.e 10kg(5kg+5kg) another packet having 10kg not yet received but showing as delivered.
