I have ordered 2 mobiles recently in Flipkart from Guntur and ekart people are intentionally updating fake status and not delivering my orders. I came to know from a friend that their delivery boys are not willing to deliver the order.

      I have received a wrong product and delivery man promised to come back next day. His phone is not reachable and there is no customer care number to raise request for return

        Hello sir i had ordered a product from flipkart which was to be delivered by ekart logistics. your delivery boy the pass calls that your parcel has arrived, if you want to take it, then come to this shop, otherwise I will not deliver your parcel when I told him I have given my address and delivery charge, then I will from somewhere else Why should I receive my product, you should deliver my product to my address, Spoke to me rudely your delivery boy, I hope that you will solve my problem and take strict action against the delivery boy. Thank you

          Hi, recently i have ordered a product from shopsy, its delivery due is 21st may.today it is 24th may till now they didn't deliver my product nor even made a call by their behalf but they have updated as the product got delivered on 21st may itself.even if we try to reach them they are not responding.my tracking ID is FMPC[protected].

          I got the product.i have made a complain in consumercomplaints.in and also in national consumer helpline.And that worked, flipkart emailed me as we will send an replacement for that product and it reached me after 4 days.

            On Sunday 22 may the delivery boy call me and confirm my address and he didn't come.
            I didn't receive my order and showing delivered.

              On Saturday, delivery boy called me and ask for OTP. As per him, as product will be deliver by Monday he require OTP... So, i shared OTP on Saturday, but till now product were not delivered.

              This is serious. Kind resolve this issue ASAP or I will raise a complaint to higher concerned.

                The courrier (NMBP[protected]) should be delivered by ekart by 21st May 2022, still not delivered and also the tracking ststus is not shown.
                Can you please ask to check the courrier status and inform me ?

                  I had ordered a Crocs slipper from Flipkart. But when order was delivered, it was a low quality slipper by the company name "PSW" size number 6. Then, I requested a return for the product. The delivery boy from ekart came to get the product but he just clicked the photo of that product and went off saying he could only collect the product the next day according to the policy. Later that day I got a message form ekart saying the return request was rejected and the reason being "missing content" even though the product was completely intact.
                  I filed the return request again and the delivery boy called me the next day saying that he had come to pick the product. But he had not come and the call was for the sake of formality. Later I again got the message that return request was rejected the reason being "I had chose to keep the product". I have again raised a return request but this time there's no response at all from ekart. This behaviour from ekart and the delivery boy is very much unexpected and inappropriate. I request my return to be completed as soon as possible.

                    I had ordered a product on 20th May and today is the expected delivery date ie. 22nd May. One of the customer care executive told me that the product is in the nearest hub. My question is it has reached the nearest hub at 3:18 am. It means 12 hours have passed but still no update and no sign of delivery. If it's in the nearest hub then why can't Ecart send a delivery person and deliver it early rather than wait till 7 pm. The product is lying in the hub of Entally and I stay in Entally. It should take hardly 10 mins to reach my address from the hub. The tracking status shows that the product has been Received at ConnectIndiaEntallyODH_KOL
                    Kolkata.
                    I have spoken to several customer care executives but none were able to help me. I want delivery of the product before 7 pm without fail. I have waited enough.

                    What the hell is ekart logistics doing with my product from 8:48 am till 3:26 pm today? Why has the product not been delivered? Such delays are totally unacceptable. I want the number and address of the nearest hub where the product is kept right now.

                      I ordered some ayurvedic medicines from Baidyanath, It was supposed to get delivered by 12th May. I got an E-mail saying that there was a delay.

                      Yesterday, I tracked the product it says rto:rejected. Please look into this and deliver my medicines.

                              My promise delivery date is 21th may.they didn't deliver my product.but letter i check its get deley next 4 days.why it's delay..my parsal is near to my native so that is this rubbish service...this is very pathetic service from ekart i never ever order from Flipkart and ekart also..

                                  My product delivery date is today but still now it's not out for delivery.but product is received by nearest brunch...15 hous ago still now it's not updated status and not delivered my product...it's very slow service from ekart...

                                  I ordered my product and the sender sent it through ekart on 13th may till date it didn't reach me for the past 3 days it was at the chennai hub but today morning on 21st may when i tracked the product it says rto:rejected.without any intimation to me and to my sender they cancelled my product. I tried contacting the customer care but it says the number doesnot exist. Their customer care is horrible. I need my product. Look into the issue and deliver my product soon.

                                      Hello team,

                                      My shipment ID: FMPP[protected], the behaviour of delivery boy was rude and he misbehaved in front my parents. Even i warn him about the implication of his behaviour in complaints he was not weird about same.

                                      I want you to look into matter as this i might think twice before making any shipment through Ekart
