I have not received my Flipkart product since 3rd May 2022. It was marked delivered by delivery boy name Saalim Abdul Latif Sayyed.
Order I'd OD[protected].
I have raised complaint regarding same issue to Flipkart last 14 days but they have not provided me proper resolution by extending resolution in next 48-72hrs on daily basis.
Requesting you to take necessary strict action against this fraud logistics and that fraud delivery boy and kindly process my refund as soon as possible.

I am a seller my order not picked up last 7 days my business have lose so plzz solve my problem and give right information. I got otc daliy but no one come to collect why plzz asked local( lucknow ) logistic patnar and solve problem

Hi i have returned my product to ekart agent on 11th may around 8.14pm.but he didnt gave the product to mynthra.so iam facing a lot of issue because of ekart.kindly please take action on it.

I ordered beer shampoo product and it has to be delivered on sunday but i didnt get my product till now two days has passed while my order is showing delivered on sunday

I have returned a smart watch worth 4000 to a delivery person who was sheduled to pick tge product. The person arrived abd collected the product, but after some time i received a pickup cancel massege from the ekart.I called back the person many times but he said i will check and update you.But after 2 to 3 calls he switched off his phone. The next day i went to nearest hub abd enquired about him and collected his personal no. The delivery person then denied that he has neither picked up any product from me..I have tensioned what to do.can i get my money back ?

I Have Tracked My Order It Showed That It Has Reached In My Nearest Hub. Due to Some Reason I Extend The Delivery Date But My Parcel Is In The Hub I Have Gone To Pick The Parcel From The Hub They Said You Will Get It In 5 Days That's What When The Parcel Is There In The Hub Then We Can Get If We Haven't Cancelled It But They Said No.
Or They Said Cancelled And Order Again You Will Get After 6 Days

Without my knowledge, Delivery man cancelled my return pickup and not attending my call, All return reasons are addressed but not responding order id FMPR[protected]

Providing courI ordered one shirt from Urban Jungle. It was COD and I received wrong shirt from from them. On raising return request they are sending new shirt and asking to pay again.

They are doing fraud with me and Ekart Logistic is providing service to them.ier services to Fraud company.

I ( Karpurapu Srikanth ) paid an amount of Rs.30, 000/- (Refundable) on 29/12/2021 at 10.20 a.m, transaction No[protected]. However, franchise registration was canceled due to some technical problems with bankers.

Since I follow up with the admin department on-call and on WhatsApp ( [protected]) regarding my refund amount of Rs.30, 000/- but there is no response from their side.

We request you to kindly take the necessary and release my deposit amount of Rs.30000 along with penalty or interest.

Here I enclosed the Franchise agreement and Transaction Receipt for reference.

I have received wrong product order Id OD[protected]. I have placed return request but they are not doing pickup. They are rescheduling pickup again and again.

I have booked a mobile for my friend it showed delivery date on 8 may but today is 14 May product has not been delivered yet very very very much bad service from ekart logistics

The officials working in e kart office in Kattappana in Idukki district Kerala are behaving very badly. Today 14/05/2022 at 2.34 pm when I called this number [protected] I was treated rudely on the phone. Instead of providing good service to the customers, the staff who commit such misdeeds are insulted by your company and i request you to that appropriate action be taken against them.

Delivery boy says customer has to come to him and accept the product. He refuse to deliver the product. I have ordered note 10 s mobile phone of redmi . Delivery expected on 14 may 2022 . Delivery boy call me at 3 pm and says for your one product come to your address it's not affordable to me so you have come office and accept the product. Boy from pin code 445209. Sorry to say, but really I am very frustrate from your services, I am not sure, whether is it same everywhere in India or not, but the people who are maintaining your branch here .really not capable to run this properly .
My order details Flipkart Order ID:OD[protected], is delivered by Franchise owner, but still i didn't received it. he told me on behalf of you I am delivering your product, we will sent it to your brother office on tomorrow, but still i am waiting for my product, from last one week I am calling to franchise owner, but sometime he answered that today office is closed, or there are no boys today in the office, I can't send you product. its not my case only, there are lot of people who are facing same issue. requesting you please deliver my order soon, I have made complaint in Flipkart also, finally I am sharing this information with you.I don't know how you people are hiring them, even they don't know how to interact with customers, If franchise owner is very rude, then how he will trained the his employees, one more thing i would like share with you, if you will talk in my area about the Ekart services, everyone is getting very frustrated, no one want their order will go to the Ekart for delivery service, other franchise like delivery, Ecom Express, Express Bees don't want to interact with those people if required also, just because of they don't have the manners. Please if you want to maintain you value in the market, then take care about this thing, one last thing.

I've a Order of Myntra. I've requested to return this but your pick-up boy don't come to recieved. At last I'm personally calling him and he came and tell that your product serial number is not matching so I'm not pickup. I called Myntra customer care and he will pre approved my order and tell me that you say pick-up boy that it's a pre-approved return but the pickup boy not recieved yet.im so irritating.
