Ordered a phone on flipkart worth 70, 000 on 4th of may just because they showed delivery by 5th may 2pm but today its 8th of may 7 pm now still havent recieved my order yet and the representatives call everyday asking to wait till 7pm but yet nothing worked even tried contacting the ekart logisticw yet no response from neither of the sides ! Never ordering anything ever again from flipkart nor will i ever use ekart logistics ! Very pathetic and laid back service ! I wont trust them ever again ! Having a prepaid order worth 70k and yet getting no response

    I have purchased AC from Flipkart and they scheduled instalation through Ekart. I have been following up with the number and pin they provided. First day they didn't turned up told be some silly reason and postponed the installation. Second day they said they will come in first he. They didn't showed up and the agent here never respone to call. I lost my patience since it is 10 day I bought my AC and still instalation is not done. Literally very pathetic service and customer care.
    If some one is reading this please check into this.

      Order Rejected: Mangoes with tracking ID SRTP[protected] will be returned to seller since the product was not accepted during delivery. Contact CS for further assistance.

      The above report is false and lie which posted when tracking the consignment
      Nobody from the corrier company ecart contacted me or my efforts to contact them is failed because Nobody was there to attend the call.It is a practice of their irresponsible attitude to loot the items.I have experienced several time and found consignment always open and searched.

I have contacted the Myntra customer care and they replied that they have not received the product and hence cannot initiate refund.           I raised return request for product purchased from Flipkart.But everytime pickup rejected by wishmaster without visiting at my address without any reason.Today I am raising return request 4th time.I also complaint against him to Flipkart customer care executive.He demand 100 Rupees charges as the pickup charges.He didn't delivered products sometimes, marked status as delivered.Take necessary action against him.Wishmaster Name Pinku

              Regarding my order id OD[protected].
              Tracking id FMPP[protected].
              Order placed for muzaffarpur, pin 843116. Name of the agent Neeraj kumar (often delivers in my area)
              Delivery agent called and asked for the otp assuring to deliver my item the next day. Now i am unable to contact the delivery agent and item is showing delivered but is not yet received.
              Being a regular customer of flipkart I urge to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action agaisnt these fraud agents.

                    I am facing an horrible experience with ekart. I received a call from the ekart delivery boy on Monday and told me that he will deliver the order and asked for OTP . But I did not receive order till now. I am trying to call him from morning and he is not lifting the call. I called him 30 times but there is no response. So please take necessary action on the delivery boy and help me to get my order delivered. The tracking I'd of my order is: SRTP[protected]

                          I bought a product and it arrived at my nearest hub 2 days ago but the delivery boy is not delivering my product to me.
                          The delivery boy is saying that I will give the product in the last date of delivery.
                          I am getting all my products very late.
                          I want the product to be delivered to me as soon as possible if the product arrives in my nearest hub.I currently have 2 product delivery boys nearby, which should be given to me soon.

                            Delivery agent called me at 10.30pm night. I can't believe logistics delivery at that time. He just give miss call and cancel my order. Such a worst delivery service.

                              I've ordered an item from Flipkart on 30/04/2022 and it showed the last update on 01/05/2022.After that there is no update regarding the shipment. I tried to track it through the ekart website but it is showing that there is some issue with the tracking ID. I've contacted the Flipkart customer care and they told it is due to some technical issue from ekart. Kindly look into the matter and provide a solution to it.

                                I ordered a shipment from Flipkart, it was supposed to deliver by today.While the delivery boy contacted me I was not able to pick up the call.After around 40 mins I called him back, he was arrogant and I enquired whether i could pick up the shipment at their office in Kannur.To which He rejected.I don't understand how can a delivery boy has the authority to decide a customer's right. Tonight I recieved a message that my shipment was rejected by customer and it's returning to seller.How dare they do that.Take the action or else deliver my shipment tomorrow.

                                  I had placed order on Flipkart (prepaid) and product was assigned to Ekart Logistics for delivery.

                                  On delivery date i received following message from Ekart Logiatic:

                                  "Delivered: ECOBELL banyan 3 Sock... from flipkart.com was delivered by Himalaya Choudhary. Click to give feedback: http://ekrt.in/zjfQdquuuN"

                                  But product was not delivered at all.

                                      My order was out for delivery with order ID FMPP[protected] and it was not received, So upon checking with delivery agent he replied that it will come late night but surely will be delivered, I checked on Flipkart it shows is delivered and received by Harmanbeer Singh Sandhu at 10:18pm. I also attached screenshot as proof. But this not true I didn't receive any package today. Kindly check with our area delivery agent regarding this. Its prepaid order. While marking it delivered there was no OTP request from customer end, So how it is marked delivered without validated that its delivered.
                                      Kindly do the needful.
