My order was placed on 13th Apr 2022 and till now its is not been delivered. idk what caused this but when i complained previously here, its been updated randomly on 24 Apr 3:00 AM as RTO In Transit. idk why they updated as RTO, neither did they attempt to deliver nor did they try to contact me. simply held my product for more than 1 week in their hub(which was 5kms away from me.) please try to fix this as soon as possible.

Complaint marked as Resolved my order was struck in warehouse for more than 2 weeks, that too the nearest one to my house. after my complaint, they initiated RTO and today it reached its initial point. now i need to mail acrorma again for redeliver with other courier company.
