    at delivery time delivery agent demands extra money 25/- and when i refused to give extra money then he cancelled the order ( customer address is wrong or phone not received) and took order back. address pin code 845107

      A product was delivered to our opposite house's address and the delivery boy said he's been coming here since 3 days and they're not answering the doorbell. So my mom accepted the order in their place hoping to hand it to them when they're home. Now they claim it's not theirs and so I want to return the package.

            The problem is not with Delivery boys, but The Delivery Company called ekart, They don't provide spare coins to Customer and refused to accept coins more the notes, What The hell is happening with the company ? Ekart, Fix this This Problem ASAP .

                Worst service experienced ever, this is my 2nd order in last 15 days and as the last time product got dispatched to wrong pincode and city even though the given address details are correct this Ekart made it as a fun and at last the seller itself cancelling the ordered product from his side. Worst service.

                  My delivery boy ravi has not accepted my return parcel and said that there is no Brande name available but when I called to flipkart they say that there is already no Brande name available in that .your delivery boy waisted my name .even flipkart team has also raised a complaint against that guy .hate e kart service .I am going uplod his name and photo on twitter that how u people waisted our time and money

                          I have placed an order with Myntra on 23rd November 2021. I received the tracking number MYNP[protected].
                          On 02. 12.2021 I received a message from VK- EKARTL saying your product is out for delivery.
                          After 12.30 pm I started receiving messages saying, We tried to reach you but couldn't reach your number. They have provided a phone number along with 3 digit pin number to contact their delivery agent.

                                    I had ordered a mobile phone in flipkart with an exchange of my old phone. The delivery boy dont even know the procedure and he asked me to pay 2000 more. The phone has no scratches or dents. He told I dont know, the phone is showing the price. I told him to talk to customer care, but he rejected and cancelled my order for the day.
