    Hi Ekart

    I have ordered products from anytime online shopping store. Yesterday I got message for out for delivery. I call to agent and they have schedule the date for next day delivery. But today while I track my products in the mail, I saw delivered status. The message says it has been delivered in the middle of night i.e, 11pm around. Which type of courier agent used to deliver the package at late night. I didn't not received my products from this agent. Since morning I am trying to contact to this number provided from your end [protected]. I still couldn't reach to them. So what is happening now? Without the customer's presence, who is updating the status of my order. Also till now no one from ekart logistics contacted me. I would like to know the reason behind this.

      I ordered a ZUUL Embroidered fashion Vichitra Saree which was of 1, 304 rupees on 23rd of january 2022 . And the parcel reached here in Jorhat Facility on Saturday 29 January . And the out for delivery message came in 29th of january and he called me and asked me that ma'am there is parcel of your's but I cannot deliver it to you today as I have too many parcels and your address is very far away so can i deliver it to you by Tomorrow on 30th of January.. So, I told him yes okay if you are having trouble then okay but please deliver it to me by tomorrow. But, there was no out for delivery message on sunday that is on 30th of January and on Monday a message came from E kart that my ordered has been cancelled as i rejected the call .. Please do an research on that delivery guy and do send some delivery guy who are willing to deliver at the places of their delivery area . We order things because we actually want the things but because of some stupid delivery guy we cannot get our things on time or it is cancelled without our concern..

        I ordered a brown handbag .it is shown in leather..bt the product i received is not in leather..it is very cheap quality...there is only one pocket inside..short in size as well...bt the product shown in picture having four pockets...big in size...very high price and cheapest quality...i want to return this product nd want my money back

            I've ordered a prepaid item worth 6862 RS from Flipkart on 13/01/2022 and it showed the last update on 19/01/2022. After that there is no update regarding the shipment. I tried to track it through the ekart website but it is showing that there is some issue with the tracking ID. I've contacted the Flipkart customer care and they told it is due to some technical issue from ekart. Kindly look into the matter and provide a solution to it.

                  Myself Preethi Salian had ordered Saara Women Floral Print Kurthi from Flipkart

                  I had received a text message saying the product was delivered on 05 Jan 2022, even though I had not received the product. On checking with the Wishmaster Mr.Milind Gole (name as confirmed by the Wishmaster) / Arun Gole ( name as viewed in delivery message text), said that the parcel was received in Ekart logistics in a different location i.e at Murbad, Thane. Even though the parcel was with the delivery guy, he has given the status as delivered.

                  On checking with him on call, he told me he would courier the parcel to my actual address (same as mentioned in the parcel)

                  but he has not done this till date. He, later on, told that he would transfer the amount to my account, but it has not been done. It seemed to me that he was lying again and again. Later on, when checking with him he was not answering to my calls.

                  The payment for this will be due very shortly. Incase payment is not done before the due date, a penalty will be applicable to me.

                  I tried contacting Flipkart on this issue, but there was no solution from their also end even after being a customer of Flipkart for years.

                  I also tried to find the contact number of Murbad location on the internet, but there were no contact details mentioned anywhere.

                  I tried to get the contact details/ customer service of Ekart logistics, but the contact numbers mentioned on the internet seems

                  to be either incorrect or wrong number.

                  It also concerns me that the same situation iam facing might have arisen with someone else also. The delivery guy might have done this with other customers also.

                  Request you to look into this matter on a very serious note.

                    They just are lazy enough to wait and keep it within themselves and the package gets automatically cancelled. The bigger packages are always happens like it.
                    I faced issue not once by many times.

                        Hello sir ...This is Manoj Patil ...I have ordered zice set its tracking id is FMPC[protected] and order id is OD[protected]...And it's delivery date was 24 January 2022...But still I didn't deliver this product yet...Delivery partner was not calling me that's why I had to call him but he didn't receive my call yet...I have called him minimun 25 times ...Still i am upset and disappointed by ekatr and delivery boy...
                        I am very angry at ekart...And just hate this service...😡😡😡

                              Out for Delivery: Bewakoof Men Black Ye... with tracking ID MYNC[protected] from myntra.com, will be delivered today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 125). Please check with the Wishmaster if you can pay using SMS payment link.

                              Further which,
                              Delivered: Bewakoof Men Black Ye... from myntra.com was delivered by Alvin Dsouza Dsouza.

                              The real question here is, I didn't receive my package + it's on cash on delivery basis..I am unable to contact your delivery executive And the response is very slow..

                              Nothing much.. The customer service executive told me ..plus the Myntra which is the merchant informed me that my package was lost and cancelled and could not deliver it to me...that's it

I have placed an order in Myntra (Logistic partner: Ekart logistics) which I am supposed to get the delivery by today 21/06/2022. But I haven't received any call from the delivery executive. At 9pm in the night I have got message as "Order out of delivery". I still don't know how this logistics can deliver the order by midnight. I haven't received any call from the executive still now. Creating fake scenarios and rejecting the order back to the company saying that the customer denied the order or customer not available is what happening. This is not my first experience it has happened before too. I[censored] can't provide good service then please discontinue your operations else develop your working operation. Still I have 2 more orders to be received in this coming days I know the situation that it will not be delivered.

                                Dear sir/mam,
                                I've ordered realme nazro 50A on[protected] and it was arrived on[protected], with exchange of Moto e4 Plus from Flipkart, but the delivery boy is not exchange my product due to PDA crack only. I told him that, "you should drop my exchange value for the issue" but he is behaved rudely and not exchange my product.

                                    Delivery agent was very bad guy he refuse to take the replacement parcel when I talk to the customer care after 30 minute he recieved the parcel . And use many bad word at the moment I request you to do not send that delivery guy again on my address.

                                        I have ordered Pepe jeans slim men blue through flipkart with reference order ID- OD[protected]. I have received a phone call from delivery agent on 16/01/22 around 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM from the phone number [protected]. Since I am out of station I have requested him to deliver the product at my home. He said, I am at at your door step and asked for OTP. I believed his words and my parents are not old and they can't able to tell the OTP to deliver agent. In such circumstances I have shared OTP with him. Still product is not delivered. I am requesting you to take necessary steps to deliver my product.
