My order was in lucknow on 3 oct but still no one came for delivery

Dear Flip kart Team,

With reference to Order ID - OD[protected]/ American Tourister 3 PC Set bag.

Please be informed, as per the below mentioned tracking ID subject orders is not yet delivered to my location (Pin Code: 678582 mannarkkad, kerala). Based on flip kart home delivery assurance, I have ordered all my stuffs through flip kart account. All payments for the below mentioned orders are already paid including DELIVERY FEE. From last 2 to 3 working days I have been raising query to flip kart team and based on your instruction a tele-call request initiated to your courier partner EKART. The response or feedback which received from your courier partner (EKART) MANNARKKAD was in a rude manner and they are very reluctant to deliver the product at my location (which is located nearby chelakkara town area).

Please note the below mentioned details of my order Order ID - OD[protected]/ American Tourister 3 PC Set bag with their current status ITEM AT COURIER FACILITY MANNARKKAD-MKX

Kindly note I need all orders raised from my flip kart account to be delivered on my location at any cost. For your information, I have scheduled international departure on 24 October 2021.

As valuable flip kart customer, I would like to know “what will be the stand of flip kart team and what actions will be taken against your courier partner (EKART)”on this subject matter.

Mera order reject kr diya jata hai ekart ke taraf se or bolte hai ki customer ne reject kiya, Jabki customer ko to pata bhi nhi chalta ki unka parcel kb reject hua hai, ye sab delivery boy ke karan hota hai vo call bhi nhi kiya maine msg dekhkar call kiya to call hi nhi uthaya jata hai, aise to ye log behave krte hai apne customer se, niche mai kuchh pic dikha rha hoon jisme call ka koi reply hi nhi diya jata h .

FMPC[protected] is my tracking id. I ordered a laptop, ekart cancel themselves. Again i orderd a lenovo desktop them mention incomplete address.

Ordered placed on Flipkart on the 7th of October 2021. It was supposed to be delivered by 12th October. Later it was delayed to 15th October. Today is the 18thof October and there is no update yet.

I did not return this order.
My office was closed at 6pm because the order came to my office address, and your delivery staff called me at 8:33, and I asked for it to be delivered tomorrow. But I received an SMS saying that I had returned the order. I did not return any orders

One of my product which is iphone 12 is delaying by ekart since forever.

It’s been 14 days since i have ordered and paid the amount, still i am not able to receive it

Today one of my product is delivered by your delivery boy in dumka jharkhand. The boy is very arrogant in nature and make obscene behaviour with me.
Please take an action against him.

I ordered iPhone 13 pink(128GB) on the 15th of October, 2021. It was promised to be delivered by the 16th. Even the order reached the nearest hub but was not delivered. Now the tracking link says it is sent back to New Delhi and the delivery date is extended.

Contai hub ekart logistic did not provide my product. They cancel my product after 1 week without any cantact

FMPP[protected] still it not reached to me .kindly update me .

My product reached to station on 12.10.2021 and out of delivery for three times but I didn't get my product till date, and I am tried many times to contact on the number mentioned in sms but they are not picked my phone up. How can I get my product. Please solve this as early as possible because the product is very important to me otherwise I have to complaint in consumer forum.

Rude behaviour of e-Cart service provider and delivery agent at my pincode, When I wanted to take my order before the given time, it refused to given my order, kindly improve your service man.

I had ordered an item from flip cart and it was informed during order that It would get delivered on 8th Oct'21, but any how that didn't happen and I had received out for delivery message from ekart on this 14th Oct with the tracking id FMCP[protected]. And the referred mobile number was [protected]. I had called the delivery boy but he was giving lame excuses and till now I haven't received my order yet.

Ordered mobile on 3rd october, it reached to nearest hub on 7th and expected delivery date was 9th. Today's date is 16th & still not delivered. Out for delivery from last 5 days. Still not receiving product. Contact details also not provided.

My product which i ordered on 6th oct, was to reach out to me by 13th of oct got delayed. And i am planning to collect it from the nearest hub to me... I need the address and the phone number. Kindly regard this as very important task and reach out to me asap or else I'm planning to cancel it bcs it's frustrating
And I'll make sure i NEVER buy anything from Flipkart if they don't resolve my issue within 24hrs

I had ordered a laptop from flipcart. Which was expected to deliver on 13th Oct 21, delaying that the delivery date was postponed on 15th Oct 21 ( as today) which was expected to deliver between 2:30pm to 6:30pm but till now 9:10 pm my order I not delivered. On Calling to delivery boy for delivery he is declining my call and on leter he switched off. My suggestion to founder of ekart is to seal company and start the business of selling fruits and vegetables on road. Atleast no customer will complain about your service there. Accept my offer as it will take you high.

We returning our product on flipkart. In morning Out for pickup message comes in inbox but in Evening delivery girl without checking our product or visiting our home. Delivery girl mentioning that product Mismatched. By this pickup getting Cancelled.
Delivery girl not visiting our home to check the product. Giving own and fake reason that product mismatch or damaged. It happens many time. Please take action against them
