I ordered a bag from Flipkart and its delivery was expected on 7th of October 2021 but when I called the agent he said I cannot come right now but will definately come in the evening. At 6 O' clock in the evening I called him again but he said that he cannot come to deliver, I urged him then he said ok I will come within few minutes. I even said that you just come to the main road i am myself coming to receive the order.. But after some time when I called him again his number was switched off.

My realme c21y mob was undelivered and also delivery boy behavior was so bad and office stafff behavior was also so bad and my exchange phone price also decrease and my mobile phone was undelivered

Plz help me. i ordered a phone from flipkart but the contact number given there has changed. my new number is [protected].
since yesterday i have been calling the delivery agent but he is disconnecting the calls. plz make sure the delivery agent calls me at [protected]. i dont want my order to get cancelled.

After buying a product on flipkart they gave me ekart tracking ID to track my product but the tracking ID is not working.

My order number is OD[protected]
But the delivery boy miss guided me about the delivery time and place of delivery. I waited him for 3-4 hours at different places. But he misguided me about everything and just canceled my order himself without even meet me.and then he switched off his Mobile..
Also Flipkart is not providing the right information about my shipment.

Delivery boy talk rudely and denied to do door step Delivery .. wrost experience ever

The delivery boy is not come in adress and cancel my order … and i m calling munsite to delivery boy than he say sir abhi ata hu tabhi ata hu sir raat ho jayegi aya to theek warna kal ata hu and next day he cancel my order this is not good you waste my time money and your loyalty about parcel and services…. And my secound parcel same thing do this ekarta centre they dont call not going delivery adress bus parcell cancel kar diya…

My product recieved my nearest hub in 3rd oct but delivery not possible 😂😂😂

I had ordered a product from flipkart. My order was coming through ekart logistics.
FMPP[protected] is tracking id. I did not received the product and it is showing me as product is delivered. Please deliver my product or refund my money as it was a prepaid order.

4TH October 2021 Client number-[protected] address: electrobeats, Plot nuber 9, 110081..is written in the parcel...I am complaining for the third time to you beacuse the product was delivered by you..kindly take back the product and refund me...because you can identify the seller who send that product for delivery and I have made payment to [protected]@ybl on 4th October at10:25 am. Tracking ID SMPC[protected] Delivery partner -Ekart ph: [protected], pin-252 ...please help otherwise your reputation will be at stake for delivering fraud and fake shipments.

I odered from flipkart having order id OD[protected] is expected delivery date is 5th oct but from 5th oct delivery person is calling us and saying i can't able to come today and I'll deliver tomorrow. Today also the same thing said and this is intorable and we'll never expect like this experience from ekart.

Hope you'll consider my concern and will take appropriate action and I'll get my order as soon as possible.

I paid amount of 1549 on phonepe for delivery boy i checked the product after words the product was too worst so please refund my amount

My delivery was supposed to be on 4 it didnt came in . I got a message on 5th oct that it is out for delivery but it didnt came in . Now on 6th oct i got a message that its going to be delivered today but still not coming in worst experience ever

My order id is FMPP[protected] . The delivery boy came and asked us to provide OTP . We provided it correctly. . Then he told us that there is some problem with the OTP, so he will deliver it tomorrow.
But after 4-5 hrs of his departure, the delivery status is showing Item Delivered.
We tried to call him with Flipkart number and pin number 154, but his phone is switched off..

The Ekart delivery executive assigned to my area is refusing doorstep delivery and as retaliation to me, he is cancelling all my orders deliberately labelling them as out of delivery area.

Please take strict action against this person as people like me are suffering at the customer end because of him. If you listen to the recorded calls between us, he is becoming more and more hostile towards me. He has deliberately cancelled a total of 10 of my orders till now and their details are as follows:

My order had reached mangolpur hub which is near my location but it was sent back to farukhnagar which the motherhub. it was supposed to be delivered today but wasn't i am really sad about this.

Regarding late delivery,
Product dispatched to my nearest hub yesterday but still not delivered why is that, and why they keep products with them for 2 days and deliver. There is not hard and fast rule to wait till expected delivery date, they can give early so that customer is happy. Other shopping site delivers fast. Ecart team should really work on this,

My item has been dispatched to your Ekart Logistic via FMPP[protected] on 2nd October 2021 but still, it's not been delivered to me.

I purchased iphone 12 mini with exchage of 7050 with respect to condition of my phone.

Exchange Breakup is :
7050 : No issue in phone
4600 : Dents, Scratch
2900 : screen issue

Today delivery boy asking for 4100 rs (No explanation) although condition of my phone is excellent. Mobile inspection is also not good they try to scratch or remove screen and give false explanation that your phone has hole and demanding money immediately within 10 mins or order will be cancelled. I was ready to pay money according to dent/scratch which is also negligible in my case still they were asking for higher amount.

I feel they do not report same to Flipkart, they keep money for themselves and if Flipkart raised some issue then they will have additional money to pay.
