I am the shipping person from Siliguri, Darjeeling. I shipped vivo smartphone worth RS: 16490/- (it was a gift)
On 22nd June 21, It was supposed to be delevered at Coimbatore,

While tracking, I found it is showing damaged.
I called my friend at Coimbatore, asked him to go to the hub and take the damaged product, he went to hub and asked for the damaged packet, He was told at ekart office, he will not get the packet as it is damaged.
He than asked to show the packet, he was told the packet has been returned, he asked for Tracking Number, they couldn't provide.
Finally they said we have right to damage any product which we dont want to deliver.
We have the IMEI no of product vivo y31, we tracked it and it was activated at Tamil Nadu on 22nd June.
(If the product is damaged, how can it get activated. New Mobile phone get activated if SIM is inserted and kept in it for atleast 30 minites)
There is a big fraud going on at this office, I am sure the product has been stolen by someone at hub.
I request you to take action and get me the product back at the earliest.
