    This is regarding a complaint that the parcel which was sent from delhi on june 6 has not been delivered to Hyderabad address till june 23 rd also
    It has reached mother hub Hyderabad on 18 june
    Promised date of delivery was june 21
    Till now no response.
    The buyer of the product is going to shift the house and wants the product immediately.
    The motherhub is only 60 km from delivery address ...yet not moving the product for more than 5 days.
    I'm attaching the tracking slip.pls attend immediately

      Door delivery boys are sometimes he is not coming our places. Especially he is not delivered door delivery, the customers are go to took this order, And some times door delivery boys are behaving very rudely; So please take action to your door delivery guys

        I have a balance board on june 6 from delhi
        .it reached Hyderabad motherhub of ekart on june 18.it is 1 hr from my place.Its june 23 rd already.the product is not delivered.

          Mobile delivery, ekart hub agents misbehave

          Hello sir/ma'am, Myself Mr Manna Das. I order one mobile phone from flipkart and my product id is FMPC[protected]. My product arrived at ekart hub which is located at dharmanagar, tripura, Pin=799250 on 22nd jun 2021. Due to some reason they not provide me this product yesterday and tell me they will reschedule it today. When I go in Ekart hub and tell to them to give my product. They tell my my product has canceled by the seller. Instantly...

          Hello sir .. i would like to inform u that i ordered a mask using flipkart and the mask has arrived in my nearest hub yesterday .. but it is not out for delivery till now . I would request you to look for that ..so ot could get delivered as soon as possible...travking id...FMPC[protected]

            He was rude behaviour. He wasting my time. And carelessness.
            Worst experience.

            When we visit his home.. otherwise he was not give..
            He told me.
            He said do what ever you did.
            He was HR or CEO I don't know.
            What your doing?

              I have ordered a product on Myntra. I received a call on night at 10-11pm and delivery boy said that it is late for him and he asked for my permission to deliver next day. And next day he didn't deliver me and marked that product as delivered.

                I shipped my product on 2 June using Ithink Logistics as Merchant and Ekart as the courier. My Tracking ID is - ITLP[protected] . A month is about to end and nor my parcel has been delivered and nor the product is Returned to Origin. The current status is RTO and its more than a week the status has not been updated but the merchat and well as the Ekart Courier. I request you to please take strict action against the Ekart Courier . Its a fraud courier they dont have any working Phone Number nor Working Email Id. I request you to solve this issue on Urgent Basis.

                  I am the shipping person from Siliguri, Darjeeling. I shipped vivo smartphone worth RS: 16490/- (it was a gift)

                  On 22nd June 21, It was supposed to be delevered at Coimbatore,

                  Tracking ID: SRTP[protected]

                  While tracking, I found it is showing damaged.

                  I called my friend at Coimbatore, asked him to go to the hub and take the damaged product, he went to hub and asked for the damaged packet, He was told at ekart office, he will not get the packet as it is damaged.

                  He than asked to show the packet, he was told the packet has been returned, he asked for Tracking Number, they couldn't provide.

                  Finally they said we have right to damage any product which we dont want to deliver.

                  We have the IMEI no of product vivo y31, we tracked it and it was activated at Tamil Nadu on 22nd June.
                  (If the product is damaged, how can it get activated. New Mobile phone get activated if SIM is inserted and kept in it for atleast 30 minites)

                  There is a big fraud going on at this office, I am sure the product has been stolen by someone at hub.

                  I request you to take action and get me the product back at the earliest.

                  I am sharing photo of the hub, and product packet image.

                        Yesterday my product got picked after a month so my father gave tip to the delivery boy. Unknowingly I gave feedback that he asked for Tip.
                        The reason was I was not at home at that time.
                        It's my sincere request not to take any action regarding my previous feedback.

I believe ekart to much soni received and opened the box and i saw there is a normal earphone Rs 250...plz sir do something...am to much poor... I can't do anything.. I can't return the order... I need my money back... Or do something so that i can... Buy something from ekart with that money.. Plz sirr

                              Hi, I have ordered a mobile phone from Flipkart and also chooses to exchange of old phone Galaxy A50. The planned data of order delivery was 20th June as per Flipkart but the actual delivery happened on 21st June morning but this is not the issue here but still talks bout the reliability of this vendor.

                              Issue details:
                              As soon as the delivery boy came as per process need he asked for my Galaxy Mobile phone and I gave him the handset for inspection. There was actually no issue with the phone as I had checked it beforehand. As soon as I handed over the phone to deliver by he immediately started pointing to the figure marks on the screen and asked me what is this? I was very surprised by the questions asked and cleaned the phone screen with a cloth and showed him the perfect screen but I already got suspicious, he continued to look around to find the issue with the phone and after carefully checking for 3-4 minutes he showed me a small paint removed at one corner and he said sir there is dent, I questioned him there is a difference in the dent and a little bit of paint removal, he consistently tried to convince me that its a dent and tried to make his case that paint removal is also dent which I disagreed. I even talked to his manager and he told me, "Jo app bolenge woh hum maan lenge kya?" he was not making any sense but kept on telling me the same thing. The delivery boy told me to give few mins so he can talk to his manager further. I went inside my flat as he was talking over the phone, meanwhile, he also stepped away from my door and went 40-50 steps away, after 3-4 mins I went to the door again to check where is he and he was coming back and immediately showed me dent on another corner of the phone which was very much visible. This dent was not there earlier and these guys pressed the phone corner as I was inside and make a dent and prove their case. I immediately cancelled my order and talked to his manager as well but no use. These guys are using unethical ways to make sure they don't have to pay full money as promised while selecting the exchange offer.
                              The actual offer for exchange was Rs 6050.

                                    Delivery boy told me to that delivery will done by 12 am for that i waiting from 12am at delivery location but again he changed timing by 1pm but he refused to by 1pm again and shifted the timing to 3pm. He is using bad language when i am asking that why he is changing timing. My order id is[protected]
