      I had ordered a mobile from mi and it was out for delivery on April 9. During the delivery I asked for the online transaction hence they sent me a mswipe link and I paid using the link but the amount was deducted from my account but was not reflected in their account. Now I was not even delivered the mobile nor got the refund. Hence I would request you to look into the issue as soon as possible

                    I had a delivery scheduled by EKART vide NMBC[protected] for 9th April. I was surprised to see a message on 10th that I had rejected the delivery.
                    This is an outright lie. No delivery agent has visited our society which has high end security systems with phot log to log all entries of visitors.

                      I have ordered 3 shirts from apparelshop.com and they have send me the courrier through EKART. The courrier package doesn't contain the same shirts shown in the images of the website. The product quality is very poor and the website doesn't have any complaint or girievences. I want to return the product and want my money back as ECART is doing help to these vendors like apparelshop.com. I request EKART to take immediate action on this.

                                I ordered a mobile cover on 25 March 2021 from flipkart. Ekatr courier boy update delivered the product on March 30, but I have not received the product since that day. The delivery boy kept my fake signature and kept the product with him.I have lodged an FIR against the courier boy for doing a fake signature and the application form in the consumer court as well.

                                    Our shipment fmpc[protected]. Arrival information known by delivery boy. But he is asking about details of inside item. When we shocked why he is asking, he replied that it helps them to trace item in the lot.. This is very wrong asking inside item
