I didn't get my product on the delivery date and it keep extend every day. When I enquired there the product that reached I can't get the product only in after 4 days it's seems like there is no Coustomer preference in ur company they tell to wait my product reached the destination but I can't get it
That my situation here completely help less this that informing for no one will be going like this

    I have ordered a product from Flipkart and it is shipped by ekart . ekart promised to deliver the courier till 28th April but it doesn't delivered it . it has reached at the last point or the hub nearest me but it is not doing delivery or out for delivery . my tracking I'd is FMPP[protected] . please resolve my issue and deliver it tommorow or as soon as possible . I am not happy with ekart.

      My Courier with docket number FMPP[protected] was supposed to be delivered by today at Ankleshwar, by 3.30 update showing last update Tuesday 27th April as Dispatched to Motherhub_AHD,
      Request to deliver today itself, there are not contact details working to discuss, arrange a call back.
      in case of no update shall cancel order.

        I tracked the order yesterday and it has already reached desitination city 2days ago.Then i got out for delivery msg yesterday
        When I called the delivery person he told me that he would delivery it by evening.Then I got a msg in the evening that the order could not be delivered because I requested for future delivery.but it is not true.I want to get the order delivered by yesterday.Then today receive a msg that the order can not be deliverd even today.What is this behaviour by the delivery person.I could they postponed the order without my consent.I just want to get the order delivered by today.

          Dear concern,

          This is to update that I have recieved damage product today from wishmaster.
          Product was already damage, he did not even show the product Until I went to took cash from my wallet after that as soon as I paid the amount he grabbed me in hand With hurry and went off.

          As soon as I saw the product it was totally damage .I immediately called him and explained all this scenario then he asked me to go office .no response recieved from office

          EKART LOGISTICS guys keep such unprofessional delivery person who does not care about our products and service

          Worst and poor service I had given 1600 ruppees for what ? For damaged product?

          Please help me out

              Hi orderd pair of shoes from flipkart no : FMPP[protected]. And recieved very inappropriate way of packing the addidas box wasnt given, only the part of it and also got only one pair of shoelaces. Very disappointed about the delivery. Please do the needful.

                My product replacement with Tracking ID: FMPP[protected] is stuck at motherhub_jks for a week now I needed it two weeks ago but received a defective product and after filing for a replacement it is stuck at motherhub_jks for a week now.

                Please move it to the next address so that I can get it on time I really need it.

                  The order for Realme 8Pro placed in flipkart and delivered through ekart on 22-4-21 Order ID - OD[protected].
                  The delivery boys Mr.Deepu Mohanan and Mr.Kurian Mathew delivered me the product one day late and on second day night at 10.30 pm.
                  Deepu has taken the Exchange Mobile Redmi Note 6 from me and marked in your system as cash paid at delivery.
                  Late night at 12.03 am he has called me and asked me to pay Rs.3750/- through GPay and he would return me the exchange product or money next day as he had to settle that day's Account at office.
                  I never expected this kind of Cheating from such reputed organization like you. I humbly request you to involve into the issue and do the needful to get back my Hard-earned money at the earliest.
                  The personnels like Deepu and Kurian would spoil your companies goodwill.

                    For the above mentioned tracking ID the packet was supposed to be delivered by 22nd April and has not ben delivered as yet.
                    Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    The packed item is hand sanitizer which is required utmost at the moment.
                    After posting my complaint my shipment has been cancelled stating courier guy tried to contact me and could not establish contact, , , , , , what a crap when i didnt get a call and neither a missed call notification. what a cheat and shame you people are.

                                Delivery person collected my order and don't delivered me.

                                Another thing that happen priviously :
                                Why do we pay the delivery charges!
                                A delivery person call, and told us to collect from them, even after paying this delivery charge do we have to make these efforts!
                                Have to improve service.
                                And particular is still not delivered. Late by 2 days.

                                  I have ordered a carrom board from flipkart and as scheduled the delivery is expected on 23.04.2021. I received a text message receiving the details of the delivery person. I called the delivery boy. He was talking in a very bad manner and was not ready to deliver my parcel and telling that he will give my parcel to a person named vinod in the area where delivery was expected. How can he deliver a parcel to someone whom i dont know and he is used to deliver the parcel to the address where i have asked. How he can shout on me and tell the customer that he will not deliver the parcel where i have asked.

                                    Item dispatch from Noida and was to be delivered in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, approx 35km from Noida. But now currently my order is showing at Jhajjar since 21-april-2021. Flipkart promised delivery by 22april, but till 23-april, I haven't received the item.
