Dear,
We booked a order from Flipkart (OD[protected], product was Samsung 32 GB memory card 5no quantity. We received this order thru your courier (FMPP[protected]) but in received courier pocket only 1no memory card found.
Your delivery boy name JAI PRAKASH KUMAR, I am 100% sure something is wrong with this pocket. Because it was pasting form another glue.

      ECZP[protected] is the tracking number which was sent to the final destination on 13th November, 2020 and its the 12th day from the dispatch, no updates were given. Is the shipment lost or damaged? Where is my order?

        My shipment with a tracking number ECZP[protected] which was sent to the destination on 13th Nov and another from flipkart with a tracking number FMPP[protected] has been on hold.
        Update the status of the order, is the shipment lost or returned!!

          I am following customer care contously and physically visited 2 day for more than 4-5 hrs. But barach manage and other staff did not respond. I have paid for all orders. So I have a doubt of theft of my parcel by ekart transport Nagar Hub. Is the company employee have any responsibility twords there customer or they are employed there to theft products? And what is the manager's responsibilty? What he is doing here.

                  I am very disappointed to complain about the said parcel, It had reached on 14th November/2020 at our nearest hub which about 3kilo meeter far. the last expected delivery date was 21st November 2020 but unfortunately its delayed every time.
                  Last statues was customer not response but the fact is they even dont call or message me.
                  kindly checked and solve the issue.

                    Sir with due respect, i paid u rs 2000 for flash light XPH P50 nd got smthing else in parcel. I have videotaped nd taken pics while opening the parcel. I request u to plz send me my original product which i order or else refund my money. So that we can remain in a good relation. Cz its was my self earned money. I hope u guys will understand that nd will do the same as soon as possible.

                              Respected Sir,

                              I order the Motorola Zx2 Android TV from Flipkart and Till time my order not received from your end.

                              The ekart logistics tracking ID is FMPP[protected]
                              But from 11th Nov. 2020 till time my product Delay with already complaint but shown at my complaint resolved but till time no complaint resolved.

                              Also flipkart customer care call ended in middle. Also senior behavior not good in talking manner.

                              Please give me the reply as soon as possible.

                                I ordered an Asus laptop on 14th nov 2020 and they gave me 18th as the expected delivery date. But it was not delivered to me on 18. Then they gave me 22 as the new date. On tracking, the order is at a hub in gurgaon from 16th and hasn't moved from there. It is the second last spot that the package has to arrive before reaching me.
                                I really want my order to arrive latest by tomorrow noon, that is, 23rd as i will be going to college by a train in the evening.

                                        I have ordered a POCO M2 Pro from flipkart on the 17th of October and it was expected to be delivered on the 6th of November. But it has been delivered till today. I have contacted flipkart customer support multiple times, I have received the same reply which was that are sorry for the delay and to wait till such and such day. In my last phone call with flipkart customer support, I was asked to wait till 20th November which is today, but I still haven't receive my order.
                                        I have also tracked my order through their courier ekart logistics tracking, and it says that my order has reached the nearest hub. Can you please help me to get my order delivered faster. I'm at my wits end. Kind regards.
