    Hello I ordered a product from NNNOW SITE And the site had EKART as courier partner. When the product was to delivered I wasn’t contacted by delivery boy at all .he left the package at the doorstep . When I got back and noticed the product with tracking I’d NOWP[protected] . The package was torn and revealed in mid of the package and there was a very dirty and old t shirt inside the package . After such terrible experience I feel like stopping doing online shopping and report against it

        Sir mene apna order pickup ke liya daal jo ki ekart logistics se pickup hona tha to 08/11/2020 ko out ho pickup tha nahi pickup kiya or 09/11/2020 ko bhi out ho pickup hua nahi kiya mene call ki thi to aapka delivery person bol rha tha bhai aap presan mt kro apka order pickup kr le aaunga bs aa rha hu na to Iska ko call aaya nahi hi koi lene aaya kya kru agr kl mere pas dusra person pickup krne nahi aaya to dekh lena achcha nahi hoga or wo hi person aata hai to main apna order use nahi dunga mera calling number [protected] hai usse ek order phle bhi maya tha to bol rha tha 11 bje polka aa aaunga or 8 bje order deke gya tha btao esa krna sahi hai mujhe mera order 10/11/2020 tk pickup krana hai kese bhi kro koi aaye pr wo person nahi aana chaiye

          This is my order number FMPP[protected]
          I tracked the status of my order and it was showing that it was in a hub in vizag
          I went to that hub and asked them to give my product they have given me a reply stating the address was showing different and the product is going back to vijayawada hub back .
          I dont know whats the problem there i have given same address which i have given before many times
          The people at the hub are soo arrogant and they almost asked me to get out of the hub stating they cant help me at all
          The hub is near NAD JUNCTION OPP SUBRAMANYA SWAMY TEMPLE BELOW MANAPURRAM BANK .
          I didnt expect this kind of a behaviour from flipkart delivery team

          They also said that they will never let my product get delivered through them and they will send back all the orders from me

          Sorry Flipkart i have to leave you now

            My tracking id is fmpp[protected], to reach by[protected], but now it is in raipur, malur - to nagercoil, how it went to raipur, actually it takes one day to reach my place nagercoil.

              I am calling the delivery boy so many times but he is fowling me. In every call he told that he was coming but he lied. I am calling him now but he is not receiving.               [protected] in this number I am calling the delivery boy numerous times but he is fowling me. He is lying of coming and handover me my parcel but doing opposite.

              I have ordered the boat bassheads 242 on 21st november 2021 and on 29th november 2021 .my order was cancelled by delivery agent by his own and he write in the reason section is that the customer cancelled his ordered .

                I ordered a product from ShopClues where Ekart is the tracking and delivery partner. I had paid the bill online and the product was promised to be delivered on 30/10/2020. But was later postponed to 3/11/2020. But even after 6 days my product is not yet delivered. Im extremely depressed with this unprofessional working of Ekart. I surely would complain to the Consumer Court, if my product is not delivered immediately.

                      I had ordered my Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch on 16th of October and todays date is 7th November but still even after filing a complaint on flipkart there hasnt been any progress in my order. It had been shipped on 23rd October to Gurgaon and that is the last update on my tracking ID. There has been no updates since then. It has been the worst experience.

                        my product tracking id is FMPP[protected]. ekart hub of paithan not attempting delivery and write status of address mismatch of 431107 pincode. while visiting to there office they not give me product and argue with rudely. please solve my issue and provide me delivery or give me product which is prepaid.

                              The order was picked up from Pantaloons Pune on 11th October and on 22nd October 2020, it shows order reject and has gone missing and never delivered. Pantaloons is unable to help and ekart customer care emails are bouncing.
