Sir, my order for package AWB NUMBER: OIPP[protected] has not yet delivered since 4 days .. so please escalate my shipment and deliver my product as fast as possible.

    It is about to two products which is ordered from flipkart and amount paid during the time of order.
    Product reached at nimbi jodh by ekart and I was informed regarding both two products delivery on 21 October.
    I called delivery man to ask about time of delivery, he told me to come their hub at nimbi jodha to collect it, as I ordered for home delivery so i denied to go ekart hub at nimbi jodha and I suggest to deliver it as soon as possible.
    During this time I contacted to flipkart to deliver it as soon as possible.
    Evening I received messes that both two products delivered.
    If he denied to come to deliver and I also denied that i could not come to take prasal and he need to deliver it at door step.
    So how products delivered ??delivery man lied and he cheated on me.
    After completing on flipkart some call me three days that they will definitely delivered both by delivery man.
    So delivery man call me on 25 oct and said today he will definitely deliver both product after that he not pick call and not delivered yet.
    I need help.

    These both messes received on 21 October:

        My tracking ID FMPP[protected] says delivered but was never delivered to me .which was supposed to be delivered to me on 21st of October, 2020 . I made several complaints but no resolution was delivered to me . Please go through the needy and provide me a solution sooner . I also checked the neighbours but my order was not delivered .                   Order I’d : FMPP[protected]
                  Pathetic couriour service ever faced in my life.I ordered product on 17th in flip cart.delivery date given was 20th than altered the Seleucid date to 22nd and now its showing it will be delivered on 1st nov. Yesterday we have seen update stating product is received at nearest hub at Saki Naka early morning thought will get delivered but today again it’s showing it’s been received to bhivandi hub.
                  You guys are fool.
                  Product has been arrived at sakinaka hub which is 5min away from my resident and you guys have not delivered and return to bhivandi.
                  Had called multiple called for faster delivery. Worst staff and customer service.

                    Pick up of the product which i have returned is getting delayed multiple times even after several follow-ups.
                    Kindly do the needfull, Because of this i am facing below problems.

                    1.As product is big(Sofa), it is occupying entire room, facing difficulty in managing home during festival time and hosts at home.
                    2. Money deducted from my credit card and it is added to current statement, due date to pay by 5th Nov, Kindly refund my amount as soon as pick up is done.
                    3. I have to make multiple calls, follow ups but product is not picked up.

                          My tracking ID is FMPR[protected], your concerned person rejected the pickup today and telling he called us but we don't get any call..we are waited for whole day for pickup and did multiple calls but no response from that person, again we tried calling him, around 9pm he responded but his way of talking also not in polite way.

                            He cheated me, he toom my old phone that i wanted to return and money. He told me that your phone is too old for exchange, so need ro pay 1100 more. So i paid him, but now my now i i returning my order to flipkart, whats about my money??.

He called me and told me to come on another place to receive the parcel..I am on bed rest due to operation and cannot drive bike or car. this parcel contains important medicine of mine..                                   I ordered iphone se 2020 on 21st october and from the past 4 days its stuck at malur karnataka mother hub and it was supposed to reach chandigarh to me by 26th and it hast has not even reached the nearest hub yet. Now the phone has gone out of stock i can not order a new one if suppose the earlier one is misplaced in transit. I read many negative reviews about the ekart logistics at that place and similar incidents of not delivering on time and not at all delivering sometimes. Kindly look into the issue
