I have given and order from flipkart on 5th of november my order has arrived on 10th of november but they have not giving the delivery. Whereas i have reached the nearest hub to take by myself but they told that you will get it by today evening only, but i have not yet received the parcel. Instead they are cancelling the delivery order day to the next day.When i call the wishmaster he told me that he have niot found my parcel in the hub...The parcel is very urgent for me as my son online classes are going on. My ekart order id is FMPP[protected]. Till date i have not faced this type of neglency from ekart...

    I placed a return request for a myntra product but your agent cancelled the request giving the reason that it's cancelled by the customer. I again placed the return request and this time he picked up my product but I didn't get any confirmation message of return of my product rather he submitted that again I cancelled the return request. I called myntra to know the refund status but they said that there's no return from my side and I cancelled my return request. Please help me with this issue. And contact your agent to know the truth.

          Nayo Women Navy Blue ... with tracking ID MYNR[protected] this order was being picked up on 14 oct from me and still they are showing not picked up and i am unable to get my refund. Ekart people are cheaters stealing money from us.

            Dear sir/Madam,
            It is very matter of regret to inform you that Tracking
            No.FMPP[protected](bearing item 190 litrs Whirlpool Refregerator ) has
            not delivered to me till now. Though it was to deliver on 2nd

                Hello I ordered a product from NNNOW SITE And the site had EKART as courier partner. When the product was to delivered I wasn’t contacted by delivery boy at all .he left the package at the doorstep . When I got back and noticed the product with tracking I’d NOWP[protected] . The package was torn and revealed in mid of the package and there was a very dirty and old t shirt inside the package . After such terrible experience I feel like stopping doing online shopping and report against it

                      This is my order number FMPP[protected]
                      I tracked the status of my order and it was showing that it was in a hub in vizag
                      I went to that hub and asked them to give my product they have given me a reply stating the address was showing different and the product is going back to vijayawada hub back .
                      I dont know whats the problem there i have given same address which i have given before many times
                      The people at the hub are soo arrogant and they almost asked me to get out of the hub stating they cant help me at all
                      The hub is near NAD JUNCTION OPP SUBRAMANYA SWAMY TEMPLE BELOW MANAPURRAM BANK .
                      I didnt expect this kind of a behaviour from flipkart delivery team

                      They also said that they will never let my product get delivered through them and they will send back all the orders from me

                        My tracking id is fmpp[protected], to reach by[protected], but now it is in raipur, malur - to nagercoil, how it went to raipur, actually it takes one day to reach my place nagercoil.

                          [protected] in this number I am calling the delivery boy numerous times but he is fowling me. He is lying of coming and handover me my parcel but doing opposite.

                          I have ordered the boat bassheads 242 on 21st november 2021 and on 29th november 2021 .my order was cancelled by delivery agent by his own and he write in the reason section is that the customer cancelled his ordered .

                            I ordered a product from ShopClues where Ekart is the tracking and delivery partner. I had paid the bill online and the product was promised to be delivered on 30/10/2020. But was later postponed to 3/11/2020. But even after 6 days my product is not yet delivered. Im extremely depressed with this unprofessional working of Ekart. I surely would complain to the Consumer Court, if my product is not delivered immediately.

                                  I had ordered my Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch on 16th of October and todays date is 7th November but still even after filing a complaint on flipkart there hasnt been any progress in my order. It had been shipped on 23rd October to Gurgaon and that is the last update on my tracking ID. There has been no updates since then. It has been the worst experience.

                                      I had ordered a Samsung T7 1 TB External Solid State Drive (Blue) [https://www.flipkart.com/samsung-t7-1-tb-external-solid-state-drive/p/itmd53333... in the morning of 18 October 2020. It was supposed to be delivered by 27 October 2020. But it hasn't been delivered till date (07 November 2020).

                                      On tracking in the Ekart Logistics website [https://ekartlogistics.com/track/FMPP[protected]/], it shows that the shipment arrived at Farukhnagar (MotherHub_FRK) in the aftertnoon of 18 October 2020, and is stuck there since then.

                                      I am writing mostly about Flipkart because I have only contacted Flipkart on this matter. I did not find any way to contact anyone at Ekart Logistics. But I have strong reasons to believe that the problem with the delivery originates at Ekart Logistics. The Flipkart customer support executives have also frequently said that there is an issue with the 'delivery partner', and a team is "trying" to contact the 'delivery partner'.

                                      I had raised an issue with Flipkart on 27 October 2020, and received response that it will be resolved by 31 October 2020. But there was no resolution. I again raised an issue on that matter on 31 October 2020, got reply that it will be resolved by 03 November 2020, and yet again, it was not resolved. Another issue was raised and I was informed that it will be resolved by 07 November 2020, again it was not resolved. Today (07 November 2020) another issue has been raised and Flipkart wants me to expect a resolution by 12 November 2020. But due to the above-mentioned experience, I tend to believe that there is a very low chance of any resolution.

                                      I have contacted Flipkart customer care many times during this period (between 31 October 2020 and 07 November 2020) and all of them have said that they will escalate the issue to "higher authority". These customer care executives seem have no idea about why there is such a long, unprecedented delay in the delivery of the product, i.e. the delivery of the product apart, they do not even know the reason of the delay. I had contacted Flipkart customer care thrice before 03 November 2020, and all three of them had assured me that the issue will "definitely" be resolved by 03 November 2020, which "definitely" was proved to be a blatant lie, as proved later. Same for their assurances for 07 November 2020.
                                      There is no way to contact these "higher authority" people, who are supposed to be directly looking into this matter, but are apparently not doing their job.

                                      Yesterday (06 November 2020) evening, I got a call from a Flipkart customer support executive, who said that they had some problem with the delivery partner (which I infer to be Ekart Logistics), which has now been resolved, and that the product will be delivered, at my doorstep, within 7 days, i.e. by 13 November 2020. He also said that if I do not want to wait for 7 days, I can cancel this order and order the same product again, and the new order should not be affected by problems hindering the older one.
                                      First of all, the product is right now out of stock for my location. Second, even if I could have placed a fresh order, it would have taken 7-10 days, normally, to reach my home. So, it would not have helped me anyway, considering that the issue with the present order has been resolved, as claimed by the Flipkart customer support executive. Staying with the present order was (and is) the only viable choice that I had (and have).

                                      Today (07 November 2020) afternoon, when I checked the status of my order, it showed "Issue Unresolved" and when I started a chat with the Flipkart bot, it replied that an issue has been raised, which will be resolved by 12 November 2020. So here it goes again, another 5 days extended. I am surprised how these customer support executives can confidently lie to us every time. I also checked the website of Ekart logistics and it showed the same status that it had for the last 19 days - stuck at Farukhnagar. I confirmed this state o[censored]nresolution from 2 customer care executives of Flipkart.

                                      Desirable resolution:
                                      Ekart Logistics must respond to Flipkart immediately and also resume the process of delivery of my order within a day.
