Dear Ekart,
Pick up of the product which i have returned is getting delayed multiple times even after several follow-ups.
Kindly do the needfull, Because of this i am facing below problems.

Actual Date of pick up 20th Oct.
1.As product is big(Sofa), it is occupying entire room, facing difficulty in managing home during festival time and hosts at home.
2. Money deducted from my credit card and it is added to current statement, due date to pay by 5th Nov, Kindly refund my amount as soon as pick up is done.
3. I have to make multiple calls, follow ups but product is not picked up.
