      I ordered iphone 11 pro from Flipkart on 16 October and it was shipped by ekart logistics on 18 October and the promised dilevery date was 20 October but my order is showing that it is in Gurgaon and was uploaded on 18 October and is stuck there and now it's 22 October and I haven't received my product yet how terrible can a reputed site like Flipkart can be.I made a huge mistake to order such a expensive thing from Flipkart I regret my desicion plz help me to get my order as my order is too expensive.

              I have order my Mobile on 16th Oct 2020 and the item has to Hyder on 19th and on 20th reached the nearest hub. today on 21st i see the item has been in transit to different location in the same city where i stay and they have change the delivery from 21st oct 2020 to 5th Nov 2020.

              Which really not acceptable to delivery an item taking 10days with in the city.
              would request you to help please.

                I have placed a order on 9th Oct 2020, and its promising delivery date was 21st Oct. On that I received a message that your parcel is out for delivery (2:38 PM) along with a contact number . I tried to call him but his phone was switch off and I kept trying and at 5 PM ; luckily his call connected . I asked where are you and when you will come ? He said, I am on the leave, I am not coming today ; then I said if you are on the leave then why I got a msg along with your number ; I want my order by today under any circumstance . Then he threatened me " I will not come today what will you do ?" ( Nahi aaunga aaj kya kar lega tu : same words)

                PS : It was my third consecutive order from flipkart having same issue.

                1st order : Promising date was 8th Oct . but did not got my order they only told me to wait they will deliver by today - tomorrow but at the end they asked me to cancel my order on 17th Oct.

                2nd order : Promising date was 19th Oct and the delivery boy was same as I mentioned above, I contacted hime on 19th oct then I said there is one more package then he said he will deliver both the package by 21st

                3rd order : Main paragraph

                conclusion : Delivery boy threatened me " nahi karunga aaj deliver kya kar lega tu "

                    My mobile is in good condition but your person reject it because of no paper document after that I take the new mobile by giving case after that I call flip kart coustomer care she told me the paper documet not required for old replacement phone

                        I ordered a watch with tracking numberFMPP[protected] on 18th oct watch was shipped on 19th oct and reached farukhnagar on same day i.e 19th oct 11:22 am and has been stuck there the promised delivery date was 21 oct and its not delivered, its getting delayed kindly resolve the issue

                          I ordered Motorola one fusion plus mobile on the 16th of October from Flipkart it was expected to be delivered on 20 October but it did not. Somehow through lots of calls, they manage to send the delivery boy on 21st October. I got the exchange value of my old Lenovo k4 note mobile phone which was valued 1750 rs, with other discounts on sale and the exchange value I prepaid the remaining amount 12913 with a credit card. When the boy came he saw the mobile and said it is damaged, the damage was less than a half-inch cut on the side body then he told me you have to pay 1000 rs for this. I did not understand what he said because I already paid the money for the new mobile. I asked him at least let me see the new phone he refused and talked very rudely. He called his senior and told him that everything is fine it is just a minor scratch but what I know that he already processed my mobile with damage in his application and then he was asking his senior how can I cancel this and then his senior told that we can't cancel if it is processed ask a customer to pay the money. It is one of the worst services I have ever seen in e-commerce. I don't know about others but nobody informed me not even a single follow-up was provided. I myself called the customer care number more than 7 times everyone just told me that you have to wait, no email no contact number no information was provided. I already faced issues with Flipkart still Motorola was available on Flipkart only I had no option to buy it from there. It is the worst customer service. The name of the delivery boy was Hemant Nishad.

                            I have ordered a phone in the flipkart big billion sale on 15 October 2020. It was about to delver to me on 17 Octboer2020 but eventually, it did not get delivered at my doorstep. I have made numerous calls to the flipchart's customer care representatives about my concern and no one is able to tell me where my product is and they are fooling me around. After lot of follow up, I got the tracking id which is basically delivered by the ekart logistics and from last 3 days it is showing that it is at Dharuhera and not moving.

                            I am fed up with this service and I wont recommend flipkart and ekart to any person.

                            Best thing that ekart has provided 3 different phone number which all are toll free and no number is working. All the numbers are out of service now.

                              I ordered a laptop from flipkart and it was meant to be delivered by 19th of october but since 16th of october it's stuck at the same place named 'Daruhera' and is not moving since, I've contacted the company but they're just playing with words and have no resolution for my problem the tracking id of ekart is - FMPP[protected]
                              I'm worried if my order is lost or what.

                                I ordered an iPhone SE during the sale. Order number OD[protected],
                                During the delivery on 18th October, the delivery person said that my order will be rescheduled. Then I got the news today that my order has been cancelled. I got to know that the delivery personal said that I had failed to collect the order, and that I wanted to cancel the order which is clearly not the case. I had called Flipkart to tell them that I don't want to cancel my order and I hope that it has not been cancelled. Flipkart said they will escalate this matter and they will deliver as soon as possible.
                                This is highly unprofessional as a company who deals with delivery on day to day basis. I will escalate this matter as I am unhappy with the lying your delivery personal did.

                                  I buy poco x3 mobile from flipkart which courier number is
                                  FMPP[protected] which yesterday come for deliverd. so check master is delivered new phone and check my exchange phone (old phone redmi 4 )but it mobile have some problem so we request check master(agent) to give me 1 day time so i solve problems and please you reach us tomorow, but agent has very rude behaviour and say that this is only one time delivery chance so either you pay full exchange mobile price by cash or i cancel the ordr from my server and by arrogant behaviour it cancel order and denied to delivery. so i request your team to track my order and deliver my mobile as soon as possible. i also request you to take strict action against your check master

                                    I ordered Apple Watch from Flipkart and my order was going to be deliver today, but i tracked the order and it shows that it is on farukhnagar hub and just left it, this is bad it was a promised delivery and i really had bad experience, Ekart Plz support and deliver the product fast !

                                    The distance left is 1000km and i dont know how they will cober it in few hours, Very Bad ! #ekart @ekart

                                        The delivery man was extremely rude. Earlier he was not answering my calls and was also rejecting it. The delivery was also two days late.
                                        I ordered a phone with exchange policy on flipkart and he was arguing with me about some other policy and was not ready to clear the issue.
                                        Such a pathetic service is provided by ekart that I wish I dont have to collect my order through ekart.

                                        The delivery man was also threatening me that he will cancel my order even though I told him that I'll go the the ekart office and clear the issue.
