I have ordered a pair of Bluetooth earphones but have been delivered a fast track watch. Worst part is that there is no customer care support or reliable return policy. Ekart is cheating us blatantly

        On 5 september 2020 in gujrat, amreli proper city pin code 365601 tracking id fmpc[protected] your deliver boy don't delivered my cash on delivery parcle which is send by flipkart... By unknown reason... I call him twice on same day to provide my parcle on proper address... Plz do something proper and like concrete on my complaint... Thanks

          Awb: SRTC0048132312

          The complain is regarding the above mentioned awb. I dispatched the courier on 24th of July 2020 However for some reason it got returned before reaching the Destination. The courier packet that i sent contained jewellery worth Rs.370. I recieved the RTO on 3RD OF September 2020. However to my utter surprise i got in return 2 kurtis instead of the actual products(2bjewelley worth Rs.370). Kindly arrange to get my products returned to me or...

          I ordered a laptop on 22/8/20 and the estimated delivery is on 30/8/20.I didn't receive the product in the meantime, when I contacted them they told to wait upto 7pm on 30/8/20, but next day 30/8/20 date was strikedoff and new delivery date of 11/9/20
          was mentioned without informing the specific reason, I lost most of my useful work cause of the delay and today is 5/9/20 and the tracking status is showing that the product is in Hyderabad from last 8 days, I still didn't got any update, if I contact them they are saying some useless stuff as they are programmed to say so, I am totally desperate now.I am complaining now because I couldn't manage to hold my frustration

              I was supposed to get the product by 5th of Sept 2020, and I didn't get the product and the product is not even out for delivery yet, In my earlier orders also the tracking details are rarely wrong that is something that should not happen, If there is an option to see the tracking details that should be accurate, I am facing the issue many times this is so frustrating and probably this is the reason I am not preferring Flipkart these days...

                I have received the product to ekart courier service today 04.09.2020 to my surprise when i opened the package there is a titan watch in it instead of smartwatch with shots x1 earbuds.

                This is pure cheating to a customer by such e commerce company’s.

                I have received the product to ekart courier service today 09.09.2020 to my surprise when i opened the package there is a fastrack watch in it instead of smartwatch with shots x1 earbuds.

                Even the no mention on the box is fake...

                    I had ordered Poco M2 Pro with exchange offer from flipkart, and exchanged my Samsung J7 Max. The wishmaster/ delivery boy (SUKURANA ALI) delivered Poco M2 Pro and picked up my Samsung phone after checking it. But after some time, when received delivery & exchange message from Ekart, it was showing that exchange of Samsung phone was cancelled and the exchange amount was paid by cash on delivery. The same was also showing in My Orders section of Flipkart.
                    Now, I think the wishmaster had kept my Samsung Phone and paid the exchange amount. Now, what if that phone is used for illegal work? Because as per records, the exchange phone was cancelled but actually the wishmaster took it and paid the exchange amount. Now, I'm highly disappointed and request you to take necessary action in this regard.

                          I am a small Saller, and I delivery my product through Ekart logistics.
                          I make a shipment on 19Aug, 20,

                          This Shipment AWB No - SRTP[protected].

                          This shipment Pickup from me on 20th, Aug, 2020.
                          But till today 2nd sep, 2020, not go for shiped to transit.
                          Not get any recent updates, of my shipment.
                          Is this percell is lost???
                          If not then I want urgent delivery and update recent status on system panel.

                          otherwise I want full refund of this product with shipping cost and extra charge for this type of harrasment

                              I received wrong RTO, AWB no. SRTC[protected]. When I open the packet I found the item is wrong. The value of my actual product is Rs. 4475.00, item is 3 pcs. saree and weight is 1.5 kg. But which product I receive it's weight is less then 500 gm. The seller name of this product also wrong. Image upload.
                              Please help me to Return the actual product. Or arrange proper compensation for this loss.
