      I ordered for a saree which doesn't look like a saree... It's just a piece of cloth no trimmings no borders... I have tried various numbera to reach out the same day... Mail id provided to submit complaint is bogus... Call centre numbers are not connecting... Pls don't cheat people like this... I placed order direct at ekart i guess that was my mistake...

            Dear sir / mam
            I am ayush an e-commerce operator selling products on multiple eCommerce website, like amazon, snapdeal, shop101 etc but at my location e-kart is giving worst service, i don't have any misunderstanding with courier boy or any office executive, this is my personal view, My packages were never been picked without calling them, even after calling they don't send FE person for the pickup, never received return packages, office is also much small compared to the volume they received everyday, kindly do the needful and provide me the resolution

                I was supposed to get my order delivered today but it's 7:50pm by now and your executive said when i called him at 5:30 that he will deliver my order in 2 hours but i have not yet received my order. Also, your delivery executive's behaviour over call was rude

                    I am a small seller, and i delivery my product to my customer through ekart logistics.
                    On 5aug, 20 i created a order,

                    Awb no - srtp[protected]

                    And 6aug it's pickup from my location, also 6aug it's go for transit.
                    On 11aug this shipment reached on surat ekart hub, but till today "31aug, 2020" this shipment not delivered my customer.
                    Also i escalated this from my end, but not get any reply and solutions.
                    I want urgent delivery of this shipment as soon as possible.
                    Otherwise refund my product price with penalty charge for delay my shipment.

                      My order was supposed to get delivered on 24/08/20 FMPP[protected] but ur executive he never visited my house just gave one missed calls and by the time I pick up the call he disconnected and on the wish master number I called so he said I just called u for formalities ur order will not get delivered today I don’t have any other parcel for ur area so whenever I will have. I’ll deliver this is how flipkart is treating plus members pathetic service

                            I ordered an expensive phone on flipkart on 21 August they said expected delivery date is 25th so I waited at 28th September it reached Palakkad it was the destination and it's still sitting there now its 30 September why couldn't they call my number I could go there and get my order myself

                                        Why is my package going back without delivery nither i cancelled it and nor its been cancelled through the survive provider( InkOcean technologies).
                                        Then who is responsible for non- delivery and no one attempted to deliver it. Why is it going back. Worst service provider ever. I am in need of this package because my final year project is in stake please try to deliver it as soon as possible by removing RTO from it.
