I had a bad experience with ekart for my product (Fmpp[protected]) which was shipped on august 05 and reached my location on aug07. The ekart team did not contact me as the product reached my location on august07 and held the product at the facility till aug12. On august 12, i got a message that the product could not be delivered on aug12 and they have rescheduled it to aug13. On aug13, i got a message at 03:10am that the product was cancelled.
I went to the ekart courier center on aug13 and the product was still there. They have pushed the cancellation without any reason and not even contacted me about it. The seller had refunded the amount on that day morning itself. If they had any delivery problems and it was informed to me, i could have reached the ekart center to collect my product. But, in the case they just cancelled without any intimation with me.
I've already complained about this to flipkart and i need that laptop whatsoever. That model was very few available on flipkart and it took more than 1.5 months to get it on stock. When i ordered and got everything set, your team cancelled without even thinking about the customer side.
