I have ordered a Laptop battery (order number OD[protected] on Flipkart website, the seller has shipped it on 14-July-2020 at 9:53 AM from Delhi, the product has reached the delivery city namely Bangalore on 15-July-2020 at 4:43AM. despite this the product has not been delivered even after 2 days of it arriving in Bangalore.
It looks like Ekart logistics is deliberately holding it back or the tracking details provided on their site are incorrect, it is an offence to misguide your customer or hold back his product and NOT give valid reasons despite customer reaching out to you multiple times.
I request stern action on the concerned.
