    I have ordered a product on flipkart witj order id (Od[protected]. They told me to deliver by 03rd of july but they never deliver it on time. Moreover now its 06th july, my product is just shipping from one hub to another hub. They are not at all responding on customer care number. Totally unprofessional from flipkart. I want concernd department to take action against the responsible person.

            Ekart delivered wrong order and i called ekart within 5 minutes to takr back the order order however agent denied. Saying contact your company through whom you placed the order.

              I ordered a product on Flipkart on 28 June 2020. They sent my product through Ekart logistics and promised me to deliver the product on 4 July 2020 but they extend the date of delivery and no tracking details has been shown on ekart tracking portal after 30 June 2020. Please help me to deliver my product as early as possible.

                  I ordered a leptop on flipkart on 26th june. This is my order id od[protected]
                  It was supposed to be delivered on 4th july. I'm a web developer and leptop is most important part of my job. But the ekart logistics doesn't care if i lose my job. My shipment is still halfway and the increased the delivery date to 26th july. They said they can't do anything. No customer support is there to help me. They don't pickup my call. Sometimes they say the shipment will be delivered by 7th july. Sometimes the day it will take 1 month to deliver the product. I fear i might loose my job. I don't know what to do.

                            He took this decision by own its own and on the next when i check the status, it shows Delivery cancel(customer rejected).

                                Ekart Logistics - Product not shipped within promised date
                                I am getting fed up for your response. I had got delivery date from your side first on 20th November, 2nd on 24th november, 3rd on 28th and last on 30th november but still I am waiting for my product. Also unable to track my product. So kindly tell me what is the status of my product. Either deliver my product within 1-2 days or refund my money with interest. Unless i will complain to your upper management and I will give very bad review on all the social media platform.
