    I recently recieved a ordered on 21 August 2024 from e kart logistics which I have not ordered.

    The package does not contain any company name so I am unable to apply for refund for that package

    I request to that please resolve this is issue and refund my money that I have paid

      I booked a an Oppo mobile phone on Flipkart thrice but the E-kart handlers and wishmaster refused to deliver the product, everytime the product reached at the nearest hub and told me that I will have to come to the office to receive the product and get your old phone evaluated by an exchange expert. When I went to the office they told me that Flipkart has stopped the scheme of exchange. When I contacted Flipkart I was informed that the scheme is going on. All I want to say that I have faced a lot of harrasment at the hands of E-kart handlers and wishmaster. I have a bad experience of shopping on the Flipkart and logistics of E-kart. I want an early solution to the problem.

          On 20th aug 2023 I got someone else's order instead of mine and paid ₹208/- but till I check the order details the delivery guy had left..

                I ordered a laptop from Flipkart on 06-Aug-2023. I already paid for this order. Promised delivery date is 15-Aug-2023 and the product is reached nearest hub on 15-Aug-2023. The product is not delivered till now 19-Aug-2023. When i contacted flipkart customer support they are unable to provide a proper resolution. Instead they are asking me to wait till 7 Pm everyday . This process is repeating from 15-Aug-2023. Even Ekart logistics have no contact details on their website.My order details- Ekart Logistics - FMPP[protected]. Ekart is one of the worst logistics services. I face the same issue two times. Please kindly help me and take action against Ekart for wasting the valuable time of the consumers.

                    Hello.. Please help me out here.. I ordered 2 products on 4th of August and still it isn't delivered yet and the expected date was on 10th August.. I don't understand why this is happening. It's has been 12 days since I have ordered. Whats wrong with the Ekart services.. if you courier partners are doing your job as per the customer services.. I think you should have opt another courier partners. See as a customer I can't tolerate this thing.. I ordered these things as a birthday gift for a friend.. now what should I suppose to say.. Seriously Im very disappointed with the services.. I choose Ekart for the best services which they used to provide to the customer now it's long gone.. Really disappointing.. Thanks

                              The delivery agent who supposed to deliver me the parcel by 14th august, refused my calls more than 15 times and at 10pm called and simply said that he cannot deliver the parcel tonight. Even I called the customer care of ekart, they heard my problem and cut the cut more than thrice. today on 16th I am calling the delivery agent at 12pm, he said it will take around 3 hours to deliver it, again I called him at 4.30pm, he is refusing the told that he will be delivering after 7pm.I want serious action against Ekart

                                  I shop regular with flipkart but last 2 month ekartlogistics.com delivery person cancel my order without any reason also call not pickup. I also visit ekartlogistics hub but not taking seriously..

                                    Tracking ID BHJC********** from Bhejooo,
                                    I ordered a *dress from Flipkart,
                                    but instead I got * worn out saree which are dirty and old, it was COD and amount was same as Flipkart product. I would like to request them to come and collect the item and refund my amount which I sent to the delivery boy as cash on delivery for unordered product delivered to me, it a complete Fraud which is coming in notice now. Looks like Ekart is also working along with them to deliver the fraud products and sharing the customer data with fraudster.

                                      This courier company delivered one item on rs 1000 cash on delivery yesterday to my home which is not ordered by me. My parent unknowingly collected this item by paying cash. Today they delivered same item to my house on cash on delivery again .today also My parent unknowingly collected this item by paying cash. this order don't have any details on who has sent this or any phone number .
                                      They are doing some illegal business by sending some items in courier and collecting money as cash on delivery.
                                      Kindly take action against this company.

                                        I ordered from MCarespareparts.com of rs 1867 on 2nd August. Shiprocket assigned to Ekart(fraud) estimated date was 6th August. Status was misrouted. & from 8th no status in tracking page. Today (14th) Merchant is saying once the product returned we process the refund. I did not suggest or advise them to assign to Ekart.
