I am writing to bring to your attention the delayed delivery of my shipment with AWB number : SGBP[protected]. Despite the estimated delivery time being over, the status of the shipment has not changed, and it continues to show the same updates repeatedly.

According to the tracking information, the shipment was dispatched from Ludhiana and received at Firozpurhub. However, there has been no further progress or movement since then.

I would like to inform that on 25 july i had purchased (HYDRANGEA BRA PACK OF 5 ) from your website . today the order was delivered to my mom and to my utter astonishment i found the order delivered was wrong . my order is not as per actual image . i received a saree which is not as per image .
i would ask you to go through my order receipt and find out the reason behind such a callous execution of a simple task which was to deliver me the right item. i did not expect such performance from such an exteemed company as yours. I am very dissatisfied and dissapointed with this approach of your company.
I had ordered the product for a specific purpose and now for such carelessness, i wont be able to suffice my purpose. The approach of your department (EKART LOGISTICS) is very unprofessional.
Please make the necessary arrangements for immediate replacement of my product . i received the wrong product because of your carelessness.
If you cannot send me the actual product please give my money back as soon as possible . i dont think its a true company but have a fakeness surely. Please take immediate action to my complaint and i want my money back / refund in just 2 days .

I have ordered a product from Flipkart. It has to be delivered on 26th July . Ekart executive called me on 26th for delivery but as I was driving I haven't attend call . Then in evening msg came regarding product undelivered. That it will delivered on next working day but today is 29 th July and till date I haven't received my curiour and not any call from ekart himmatnagar regarding delivery. Tracking ID is FMPP[protected].

I have ordered a refrigerator from Flipkart...the fridge was supposed to be delivered on 27th July... however it's 29th July but still not received the refrigerator..the worst is that in anticipation of new fridge I sold my old fridge and now I am without fridge...none of the numbers on website is working...there is no information whatsoever. We even went to Mohali ekart but they said our package is not with them and is zirakpur branch. This is the first time I ordered from Flipkart and had the worst experience. No wonder people rely on Amazon so much because of their best in class customer service. If a consumer is reading this...I urge you not to buy any thing from Flipkart...they are not worth your precious time

I have placed my order of Redmi Note 12 pro plus mobile on 17th july t=using flipkart
they said my order will reach me by 18th july. Today is 28th July i haven't received any product yet and the product reached the hub on 25th july and no one is coming to deliver it

The product was received my nearest hub kondapur on 24 July.and i got a massage out for delivery but my product not delivered. 26 th July i received laptop bag I am asking dhelevery boy where is my laptop also and he said I don't know. Why are ekart logistics staff working not properly and not in time dhelevery. . I am still waiting dhelevery for my product it's most urgent to me

I worst service of ekart, delivery wont be dont in time they are careless, wont respond, they spoilled my event, tihs is my 3rd time

The delivery boy use bad language and abusive language. It says home delivery can't be given. The village no longer has a house number, the landmark is given saying that the landmark has to come and received the parcel. Saying that after receiving any parcel how to see.
Please help me.

I have complained to flipkart. They have offered return and Refund. But pickup boy came picked my book. Then called me again. Then rejected my pickup without a proper reason. I'm getting harassed.

Pick up agent had picked up my product, but after some time he had called me and told me that his senior wishmaster of saltora hub had rejected this pickup. This is a harassment. So I have to complain here regarding this issue.

I have put some attachments as proofs.

I hereby request you to go through a proper investigation and who is actually responsible for this. The seller should provide the actual product he has sent and all the ecart logistics hub should check what product they had received. Check actual weight of the parcel also. Then Replace my parcel with original product.

This is not as per my expectation from flipkart. Kindly put an investigation.

Product is pickup 18 June 2023. But pickup slip is not received. And not updated on flipkart account

Delivery boy delivery Nehi deta ... Office main phone v Nehi lagta hai... Hum product order karta hai bu woo log order place Nehi karta

The delivery parcel provider says that I will not deliver at home, do whatever you have to do, if you want delivery, then come to the street and take me, I do not go to anyone's house to deliver and his way of talking was not good.

HI THIS IS VENKAT FROM HYDERABAD, Mentioned tracking number is out for delivery in 21st july but still no one called me and not updating any status on this. The concerned person [protected] and the number provided by flip cart customer care [protected] is not answering my calls from 21st july. Even the flipcart customer care is not providing any solution or information about delivery and they just saying they don't have access to call delivery agent. IF i want to try to cancel the order also application is not allowing and mentiones like order out for delivery not possible to cancel the order.

In what way i can connect the concered delivery agent to get my product in time?

Received and unknown parcel on COD. I received the parcel because it has same order date and amount of one of my order. how do I get refund?

I received an unwanted order from e-card on COD which I didn't orde. I received the order because it has similar order date and amount with one of my order.

I ordered a mobile on 15 July from Flipkart and the delivery date was 23 July. I was planning to gift this device to my closed one on 23rd July which couldn't happened, she now returns to her house without the gift. It all happened because of a delivery boy named Rakesh Kumar's carelessness (Name maybe different because I didn't remember properly) from Ekart Logistics. I tried to contact him multiple times, but He didn't pick my call. After trying several times, He answered and That guy Rakesh Kumar directly denied delivering the parcel and told me I forgot to pick up your parcel. If you want your parcel come to our office and pick up by yourself and the sad thing is when I warned him about complaining to higher authorities, he was proudly saying go complain. I don't care, like he isn't serious about his job. such poor customer service I experienced.
