FMPR[protected] this is the tracing id and my product was picked up today 10:45am but still its status is not showing in my flipkart account. when i track this it show only out of pickup

The order with tracking ID WSPC[protected] has been received damaged, I want my full refund against the parcel.

The delivery boy didn't take moy exchanging mobile phone . He says that my phone has dents. But my phone has minimal line no dents . That's why he asked me, i have to pay 1300 to get the mobile. I have exchange mobile on flipkart earlier, but this time i faced a worst experience, although my mobile is totally freash condition the delivery boy did it to me. He says me to if I don't want to give money then i have to cancel it by calling him and told him that I'm happy with my own device and not want that mobile now. The delivery boy did it to me totally wrong . I have never faced this kind of problem with Amazon quriar service. Because they don't use 3rd party qurier service . I have been a genuine customer of yours but You guys are totally unethical service. Very bad experience.

I am order a two smartwatch combo but i have received a local watch so i have cancelled the order and refund my money and solve the problem

I would like to bring into your notice that i am facing lot of issue with flipkart and E kart services. This is 4th time that i have ordered and not received my product. It is really frustrating to get this kind of service from a reputed brand. Earlier also this E kart people had mentally tortured me with my delivery.
My location is also very easy to access. Amazon easily deliver product in my home than why not flipkart????

Recently tracked the parcel and it is in titwala hub which is just 15 min away from my home, yet they are sending back my courier to thane hub without even trying a delivery attempt.

please help me to get my mobile urgently.

I have purchased a cycle from flipkart and the installation to done today I.e. may 7, 2023 by 12 pm. We are waiting since 5 hours and we are not able to go outside because of waiting for this task. It's too much ridiculous that no one is responding to calls and the calls are disconnected mANY TIMEs. It's not a professional behavior, installation time should be accurate and it could he variable by 30 mins to 1 hours but nor for the whole day on the day of holiday. CUSTOMERs who are working, have to do many household task on weekends and we are waiting for this ###.

Expected delivery date is 5 may but automatica delivery branch reschedule date to 8 may 2023. Its a second time.. very very very bad service from ekart. We will never booking in ekart logistics.

I was booked in Flipkart item Goodnet 8.50inch LCD E-writer but not delivered it's showing around 4days delivered like that. Then I visited e kart office hootagalli that time I know item with delivery boy then I asked to delivery and he delivered after 4 days with out respect and he is telling words are not good so, take this complaint and don't like that happed next time. Today (may4, 2023) afternoon, ekart delivered a product and collected money of rupees eight fifty from my mom by telling her that it was ordered by me when I'm not in home. But the product was not ordered by me and it's completely fake so I'm requesting to collect the delivered product back and get my money refunded as soon as possible.

I ordered a product on saturday which was to be delivered to me on 2nd may. But this order has not yet been delivered to me intentionally by ekart logistics till 5 pm on 4th may 2023. While this product reached faridabad ballabgarh hub (From where the delivery boy reaches the product to the house) on 2nd itself. Ekart logistics employees intentionally harass the customers. Please tell me in writing the reason why you did not deliver the product to the customer on time. While the product was made available on time at the ekart hub nearest to the customer. Along with this, ask the reason in writing from the employees of that ekart hub and the officer leading that hub and take strict action against them, because of your negligence, ekart's franchisees and the employee working in them deliberately harass the customers. If you don't bother intentionally, then tell me why you misusing the features of that whatsapp number from which you give notification of the product. The whatsapp number from which you send the notification is neither a whatsapp call nor a normal call, and if we want to ask something by sending a message on whatsapp, we keep the read receipts and last seen off and even after reading the message nor do you give any reply. Those reasons bother the customer. Is it any protocol or law of the ekart company that the number from which it will send the notification to the customer, there will be no such arrangement in the notification that the customer can contact the ekart. If so, then it is against the law. Please reply me in return that why you have not yet delivered on time, i am also sending you the screenshot as evidence.
Even after so much evidence, if you do not take any action against the franchisee and the employees, then it means that the e-kart company is deliberately doing this wrong thing under its supervision.
