At the day of delivery what happens! I get a message that delivery will be before 9 a.m but even after waiting for 2 hour I have no sign of delivery agent.They should be punctual of time or they shouldn't send message of delivering .Ekart executive should consider this issue of late delivery or it will difficult for them to grow. Ekart office is close to my home still I have to wait for hours.

    My order no 164851 created on 16 April 4.36 pm I purchased amount online and today is 26 April. 11 days after placing order, product is undelivered to me where other online medicine provider company delivered medicine within 7 days maximum.         This order delivery date was 23 Apr 2023 but order not delivered . After that I raised concern to Flipkart they given me another date 26 Apr 2023 but now again I got the message from Ekart Update: Sorry, the delivery of Fire-Boltt Apollo 1.43... with tracking ID FMPP[protected] has been delayed. The delivery will be attempted in the next three days. Ekart. What rubbish this order is gift for someone who will be responsible for that.

          Returning the product and refund related

          Sir, I have been delivered with a fake product (which I came to know once after paying the COD amount and opening the parcel).
          I wanted to return the courier that is delivered to me via EKart Logistics Surface via AWB#: SRTC[protected].
          Have tried calling several times to the In-charge and they never responds back.
          Kindly help me in returning the courier/ parcel and get me the refund of the amount that was paid....

          Dear team,

          I had ordered an item from flipkart which was to be delivered by sunday i.e. 23 april by ekart with tracking id as FMPP[protected].

          But as per the delivery update it's been moving in the same hubs and not being out for delivery. Kindly find a screenshot attached for reference.

          It's been a very long delay and no resolution until now has been found for the same. Your utmost support is required so the issue is resolved at earliest.

                कंपनी ने अपने फ्रॉड प्रोडक्ट की एडवर्टाइजमेंट करके और अपने फ्रॉड कोरियर बॉय बना रखे हैं और आर्डर कौन सा शो करवाते हैं फिर दुबलीकेट आर्डर या डुप्लीकेट चीजें उसमें डाल कर पैसे लेकर चले जाते हैं ऐसा ही कुछ मेरे साथ हुआ है मैंने जो आर्डर किया था वह मुझे मिला नहीं खराब कपड़े उसमें पैकिंग कर के किसी और का रिटर्न आया हुआ कुरियर मुझे घर पर देकर फटाफट चले गए और उसके बाद में अभिन्न को कॉल कर रहा हूं तो यह मेरा कॉल उठा नहीं रहे हैं तो इन्होंने मेरे साथ 1200 रुपए का फ्रॉड किया है अंडरफिट नाम की कंपनी और एकार्ट नाम की डिलीवरी कोरियर कंपनी में इनके साथ मिली हुई है यह दोनों एक साथ मिलकर कस्टमर के साथ फ्रॉड करते हैं

                  PCMP[protected] tracking id is issued on 1st march but after 9th march no one connected us for any further delivery . My product is not delivered to the customer & i didn get any call back from Ekart team. Kindly return my parcel asap.

                      The product (AC) is not delivered, but marked as delivered in Flipkart APP. On the day of delivery the delivery guy came, after checking the product he said, Sorry sir we brought some one others product, will deliver your product the next day . After that I couldn't get in touch with the delivery person. I have been connecting with Flipkart Support on a daily basis, Till now no resolution provided. Its been a month and I don't know what to do, Could you please help me to get the product delivered and get the issue resolved

                            I had submitted a return request with Flipkart order that was deliverred by ekart.I got different product and when placing return the ekart wishmaster is not picking up the order and simply canceling the return.When I contacted flipkart, they are asking to check with ekart.I need to know whether the parcle has been stolen from ekart side and replaced with wrong item

                                I want to complain against the delivery executive.He has kept my product at his house.
                                Order I'd OD[protected].
                                He picked the product on 9 April and the return is rejected.After rejection he kept the product in his house.
                                Please take concern about this and make sure the delivery of the product.

                                  I had ordered 20 Hancock shirts on 17th March.I received my order in installments.I didnt get 6 shirts they are missing whereas on my account they show delivered.Its been so long since I am regularly complaining against the issue with Myntra and Ekart too but time and again they are closing the issue saying its resolved.Myntra says OTP was sent i did receive the OTP but nobody dropped my package.The package was Torn also I received the package in Ekart packing.The format in which it is updated i.e 4 shirts in each package that is also a mismatch with us.I have CCTV coverage also.Please do the needful at the earliest else I would be forced to take legal action and approach consumer court.
