    Ekart executive delivered a package worth 800 for COD. On opening the package there were some useless clothwhich we did not order. There is no return address on the package. When called delivery executive he refused to take back the package. Seems like a scam.

      Delivery service is very poor, I was ordering 2 pieces
      But I found a piece. And I was trying to contact Ekart/Flipkart but not all numbers were in service.

      I had two pairs of shoes and received only one pair through Ekart. I cannot divide a couple onto two kids and this problem not being solved.

        I called on customer care so many times..still didn't get my parcel...it's expensive products which I bought from another city ..still I have been calling so many times to ekart customer care...they said me that they will deliver after 24 hour from 15 days ago...but today is 22 June and still didn't get my parcel..if I didn't get today till evening...i will go to police and file a complaint or I will share it on my social media too

          I was ordered a mixer grinder through flipkart on 9th June 2023, the offer delivery date shows June15th, but when i am tracking my courier I just found courier reached my locality but they didn't delivered that product yet. But after 2 days I checked again the status of my product they delayed my delivery and send the item back to motherhub. I dont know how is this possible. This is not the first time happen this issue, ekart has no credibility. Still on today the product not delivered. I asked and complaint through customer care services on flipart but they said first wait for 2-3 days, I just wait, after 3 days again contacted to customer they said wait 3 days more. No one value customer feeling. I dont know what to do next. Please Help me.

              Today the order was out for delivery, I was not at home.. the delivery person called and asked for OTP.. I had asked him to keep the order in the shoe box infront of my house as there was no one to collect the order.. but as I reached the home I was not able to find the order.. tried calling the number using.registered number and pin but the call is not getting connected.. would like to connect with the delivery person and understand where is my order. The order delivered message came at 11.09 PM, where as the delivery person called at 12.30PM.. Please do the needful, as the order is worth 1905 rs. It is not a small amount.

                  My mantra product was delivered by Ekart. I have received the call also. there was two product under tracking id: MYNP[protected]. there was kalani Women Kurta and Mivi DuoPods P70. I have received the message on 13th Ekart delivery executive number [protected] pin 202.
                  another message on 14th with same executive number and pin 237.

                  one product i.e kurta is delivered but not ear bud.
                  kindly do needful.

                    Sir I have ordered Pigeon Mio non- stick coated cookware set from Flipkart on 30 may 2023. The order delivered on 3 june 2023. I have requested for return on same day as the product is used, damaged, some parts are missing.On 8th June, a delivery boy came for pickup the parcel.He denied to take the parcel and asked me to file return request again.As he said, I requested for return again.This time I received the message for pickup but pickup rejected by ekart delivery executive again and again without visiting us. The reason for pickup rejection(in msg shows) is damage product.Nobody contact us for pickup the parcel. Delivery executive is very rude.He didn't receive my call again and again.Today also the same happened with me.
                    For the same reason I have requested for return then why they are rejecting it again and again.I have requested for return four times.Still the parcel not picked up.I am sharing the ekart delivery executive number-([protected], Pin 143).Kindly look into the matter immediately & help me as soon as possible.

                      Hello I have ordered a product from shopsy by Flipkart and today on 19 of June it has to been delivered and on the mid afternoon it was out for delivery and customer care told me to wait till 9pm, when i saw the time it was 9pm i called to ask the agent when my parcel will be delivered he told me it will not be delivered today because it's out of delivery time, then i called to shopsy customer care, they told me to wait for the next morning and said the parcel will be delivered in the morning, i asked the excecutive that does our times value matters or not in front of shopsy, she keeps silence and multiple times I asked the question that tell me the reason that why my parcel will not be delivered today so she has repeated one thing that for waiting till the next morning, and the worst thing in the shopsy is the logistics partner doesn't have a customer care number and also there's no email is mentioned on the ekart"s official website, they are harrassing customers and wasting our time. They don't have the value of time of the customers. Kindly take a strict action against this logistics company and shopsy.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I am here to complain against the delivery Personnel who has delivered me the courier.
                        This happened on Saturday, The delivery date was Saturday (17th of June) and since I was not there to collect the package I requested him to transfer the delivery date to Monday(19th of June) but, he declined the request and told it is a Third party order so I can't keep it, and he told that he would return the order back so I asked him to come to the city since I was there and call me once he reached there but he never contacted me, So I went on to Ekart's website and transferred the date to Monday and today he came to the spot and when I asked him why he didn't contact me he started to shout at me using vulgar language, he didn't even care that I was a woman, he delivered me the item but he didn't take the pin so in the ekart track my order it says Out for Delivery. I don't know his name so I couldn't complain using his name since you have an account of who was supposed to deliver the item, you could find his name and give a class on how to behave with customers especially with women.

                          Shipment arrived on 12 jun on my city, but every day i get message out for delivery, until 14 jun, but no one delivered.i visited area Ekart store and requested my shipment, as per the manager's conversation they don't have sufficient staff & vehicles to deliver the items, finally they returned the item to the seller without my confirmation.

                            Respected Sir,
                            I have ordered some urgent medicine from flipkart health for my father yesterday 16/06/2023. The delivery boy from ekart called me and asked me to receive my medicine at another place which is 4 km away from my home. When I asked him to deliver at my location he said that they had no such policy to deliver at my location. Even my location is within the same PIN code area. Why My order is got cancelled automatically I don't know. But I wanted the medicine very urgent. Please take necessary steps so that I could get the medicine at my location.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I have been using flipkart since 2012, I have ordered multiple Mobile Phones from flipkart through an exchange scheme but never experienced such an issue. The delivery boy asked me to give a box of the mobile phone in which it was delivered to me a couple years ago in order to proceed with my exchange request, Who keeps the box for such a long time and what is the purpose behind this, just to annoy customers?
                              My old phone is in good condition which is sufficient as per flipkart exchange policy then why such things happened at the time of delivery?

                              Delivery boy asked me to give the charger also, although it wasn't mentioned at the time of ordering.

                              I urge you (flipkart and Ekart) to look into such matters where customers are harassed without any reason.

                              Here I am attaching some pictures from every possible side to prove that there is no fault in the phone.

                              I am totally disappointed with ekart delivery masters and flipkart. I have done mobile exchange before but never harassed like this ever.

                              I request you to resolve my issue.

                                It is to inform you that I am very disappointed with the service provided by the Ekart logistics from past 3-4 days. I have been trying to return the product which doesn't match with the product I have placed through Myntra. The product delivered is totally different with the product been placed through Myntra.
                                Ekart delivery agent has rejected to take back the poduct thrice mentioning that the product is different and price tag is missing whereas the product is unused and tag is attached with the product.
                                I have ordered kurta and instead delivery product is little girl's top and pant. The return product is accepted by online shopping Myntra then what right Ekart agent has got to reject the preturn product thirce when the product is totally different from the order been placed.

                                        The order which was placed through Myntra and delived by the Ekart logistics. The product which is place is different from the product which is been delivered. I have placed a request twice for picking up the product but it was rejected twice. It's been put on hold as the product is totally different from the product been placed. It's been also told that the original tag is missing and the product is used whereas the product is not been used.
