I had ordered a product on 20th May and today is the expected delivery date ie. 22nd May. One of the customer care executive told me that the product is in the nearest hub. My question is it has reached the nearest hub at 3:18 am. It means 12 hours have passed but still no update and no sign of delivery. If it's in the nearest hub then why can't Ecart send a delivery person and deliver it early rather than wait till 7 pm. The product is lying in the hub of Entally and I stay in Entally. It should take hardly 10 mins to reach my address from the hub. The tracking status shows that the product has been Received at ConnectIndiaEntallyODH_KOL

I have spoken to several customer care executives but none were able to help me. I want delivery of the product before 7 pm without fail. I have waited enough.

Updated by M Abhishek What the hell is ekart logistics doing with my product from 8:48 am till 3:26 pm today? Why has the product not been delivered? Such delays are totally unacceptable. I want the number and address of the nearest hub where the product is kept right now.
