I ordered a product on 17th Apr 2026 and the product handed over to Ekart logistics with "REWP[protected]". As per the estimation delivery time the product should be delivered by 29th Apr 2026 but the product remain undelivered. Upon that they mentioned as "Unsuccessful delivery" without even contacting me and they keep on changing the product location without trying to deliver the product. Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that ekart delivery agents are not delivering orders. They are not even trying to reach us but cancelling orders as we are not accepting calls/rejecting orders.

For ref: SRSP[protected]
This order is with them for 2days. No one has tried to reach out to us for delivery.

MYEP[protected], MYEP[protected]. These orders have been cancelled without my concern...

As it was sunday, the workplace was closed.
So, I have given the OTP to the delivery agent on phone and asked him to hand over the parcel to the college security.

As per the tracking on the Ekart Logistics official website, my ordered product has reached the nearest hub, but it has not yet been delivered. it was supposed to be delivered on 21st April 2026. I received a call from the delivery agent earlier, but now I am unable to reach anyone as I do not have a valid contact number. When I tried calling back the number that had contacted me on Monday, they asked for my mobile number and a 3-digit pin....

I placed an order on Flipkart (Tracking ID: IN[protected]). The order has gone out for delivery multiple times but was not delivered. The delivery agent calls but does not speak, and when I try to call back, the number provided is always busy.

Ekart agent is not taking my calls and not coming to take y return package without a reason. the myntra has already approved the return package but their ekart agent is not coming to take that retun package while i am getting daily messages that agent will come to take that retrun package.
when i called him he is not attending any calls from my side.
