Subject: Delivery Delay and Deficiency of Service

Ekart delivery partner took 500 rupees in the name of cod by delivering a product that i didn't ordered and the product is delivered to my address and name without my consent .As I didn't ordered anything and your fraud partner took 500 as cash on delivery by misguiding us so try to refund my amount as soon as possible...

A parcel was sent in my name to my parent's house stating that I have sent the parcel. He took the 660 rupees cod amount from them saying the parcel was cod item. I didnot send any such parcel from my end.
Also this morning I had received an official message from ekart stating the delivery.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue asap....

I have requested my NRI account cheque book from ICICI bank and they opted to deliver it via Ekart logistics. On the attempt of delivery, an OTP was required but they are unable to send an OTP on international number. Give, it is an NRI account it is obvious that I am not having an Indian number so either EKART should have this service where OTP can be sent to an international number or should not take the job...

Regarding AWB NO: JIFC[protected]

I received the above-referenced COD parcel.
However, it appears that I did not order this item. As I was not at home at the time of delivery, a family member made the payment and accepted the package on my behalf.

Could you please provide me with the sender's details? I would like to contact them to arrange for a return and a refund of the payment made.

I made an order on Flipkart which was sent to me by Ekart vide AWB FMPP[protected]. As per tracking status it reached the nearest hub on 20 Jan 26 early morning. On 21 Jan 26 I got the OTP for open box delivery but it was not delivered saying the delivery was rescheduled to 22 Jan 26 at my request. I didn't ask for any rescheduling. Again the same thing happened on 22 Jan 26 and today 23 Jan 26 when I have not asked for any rescheduling. I...

My shipment has been generated via Ekart, but delivery has not been completed yet. The current status is showing “Missrouted”.

Kindly re-route the shipment to the correct hub and ensure delivery at the earliest.

On 23/Dec/2025 night at 9.06 pm eKart delivery guy came (agent no - [protected]) and collected Airtel router. But he didnt updated in thee system he has collected. He called some Sanjay named guy sent him photo. I asked him why he came so late night. He replied we work till 11pm.
Today again one more person came for pick up of the Airtel router.
Could you please find who is that fraud agent. He was young must be in 30s fair...
