This is to bring to your notice that ekart delivery agents are not delivering orders. They are not even trying to reach us but cancelling orders as we are not accepting calls/rejecting orders.

For ref: SRSP[protected]
This order is with them for 2days. No one has tried to reach out to us for delivery.

MYEP[protected], MYEP[protected]. These orders have been cancelled without my concern...

As per the tracking on the Ekart Logistics official website, my ordered product has reached the nearest hub, but it has not yet been delivered. it was supposed to be delivered on 21st April 2026. I received a call from the delivery agent earlier, but now I am unable to reach anyone as I do not have a valid contact number.
