I have an order on myntra, which product delivery date is today 6th February 2022. I don't get any call from delivery boy, but got a message for failed delivery attempt. Then I call on given number and person said my order is rescheduled to 8th February. He also talked in very bad behaviour and told me to take my order from there office. When I visited there office he denied to handover my order as my order is prepaid.
Here I want complaint for bad delivery service of Ekart that there not any system where customer's orders is delivered to his near by delivery office but he can't get the same because of Ekart's poor system. Was this information helpful? |
