Ekart Logistics — Bad experience- EKART

The deliver man parked his scooter touching my car bumper. When I asked my security guard why couriers vehicles were allowed into parking and not stopped at the gate, the security man said he will park away from my car, but instead went away. I had to make repeated called and then he left the delivery at the gate. He asked for OTP and at that time I was still giving my security a dressing. I told my security guard that he was useless and at time, this ekart deliver man, called me from his phone, and yelled at me, saying that I called him useless. I was shocked. I told him, all this instructions and yelling was between my security guards and me. They shld not have allowed an outside vehicles inside the parking lot, that too touching the bumper. This ekart deliver man sld have simply deliver the goods and returned. He made such a song and dance if something which was not even connected to him. Horrible service
