Respected Sir, I have book product on 14 Oct and product shipped on 15th Oct. From 17 October my product in my city but no one has came as well as not contacted with me for delivery. when i contacted courier person on 19 oct he said he was ill not able to delivered product and i will delivered product in time he said on 20 oct 11 am in any condition i will delivered product but on 20 oct without any call or not contacting with me my order cancelled by ekart company. Now product price raise 500 Rupees extra for buying. i want this product same rate. This very irritating and irresponsible behavior's from Ekart Logistic and Flipkart team. -Narendra Bhinge. Ekart management is crap, I had the exact same issue. They will never deliver your package, after few days it will be returned without your consent. I suggest you to visit the nearest warehouse at your location, find where your item is and give them your tracking ID. They will find your package from the lot and you will get it as I just did today. good luck 🤞🏻
