My tracking ID is MYSC[protected]. I put my office address for delivery. And today i got msg that parcel is out of delivery but bcz of some personal reason i was not there at office today to receive my parcel. So I called executive that please come tomorrow but he was start abusing me. And said u have to pick today otherwise i will cancel. Is this the way he talked to me. How u guys trained your executive to talk your customers. He was not ready to tell his name. I want my parcel tomorrow.
