I am here to complain against the delivery Personnel who has delivered me the courier.
This happened on Saturday, The delivery date was Saturday (17th of June) and since I was not there to collect the package I requested him to transfer the delivery date to Monday(19th of June) but, he declined the request and told it is a Third party order so I can't keep it, and he told that he would return the order back so I asked him to come to the city since I was there and call me once he reached there but he never contacted me, So I went on to Ekart's website and transferred the date to Monday and today he came to the spot and when I asked him why he didn't contact me he started to shout at me using vulgar language, he didn't even care that I was a woman, he delivered me the item but he didn't take the pin so in the ekart track my order it says Out for Delivery. I don't know his name so I couldn't complain using his name since you have an account of who was supposed to deliver the item, you could find his name and give a class on how to behave with customers especially with women.
