It is regarding the fridge which got delivered to me on 23rd of April with tracking id FMPP[protected].
The product received was a bit damaged and your delivery executives told me after checking with their supervisor that it is not damaged while delivery, its damaged from the brand so either we can take the return right now or we can provide the 20% discount.
So they took some photos and confirmed with their supervisor over the call and i opted for that discount instead of the hassle of returning it.
They said the discount will be provided by flipkart after we send an email yo them so i agreed.
After that i have been following up with flipkart but was told today that there is not such policy.
I tried calling the customer care number from google and provided by flipkart but none of them works. I tried writing email but getting bounced back.
It has been almost 20 days now i can't return my product as i am using it now and i have discarded the brand box because of you guys.
Can you please confirm why i was given such assurity. Check with the delivery guys and respond on urgent basis.
