I run a small business that has helped me become somewhat financially independent. So I shipped an order which cost ₹1300 on 2nd January 2022. It got delivered on 10th January but the items which cost ₹1300 was not inside the parcel. It has put me a lot huge loss as I had to refund the money to my customer. And whose fault was that? Please ekart refund me the money or bring me my products back. The shipment number is SRTP[protected] You are a big courier service company. Please don't let it happen to anyone else in the future
