Hi Team,
I am disappointed with the service and experience which the EKART executive has provided. He is threatening us to give feedback and claiming to not deliver any future parcel. He was very arrogant and rude and was threatening to cancel the order. He is not even ready to deliver the order to the given delivery address.
I am very disappointed with the service. I think it’s his job to deliver the parcel on a given delivery address and it's absolutely our decision whether we want to give the feedback or not. Asking for the feedback is fine but he was arguing and fighting with us why we haven't given the feedback.
Please look into this matter and do the needful on priority. This was a very unpleasant experience I have experienced with EKART.
