Respected sirI would like to register a complaint regarding one of your FRANCHISE in BELPAHAR, ODISHA under the pincode of 768218.Earlier this Franchise of your's was at JHARSUGUDA, ODISHA(768216) with great customer satisfaction and well behaved staff and most important On time delivery and pickups. But when the Office has been Transferred to BELPAHAR later on the good will of your company and brand value has decreased significantly. After the office change the office staff are very rude and unable to manage the deliveries in my area . Either bring back the Office to Jharsuguda as it was earlier or change the mgmt staffs and train them again. Otherwise your Brand value will be damaged soon.
1- I have ordered a mobile from Flipkart for which the expected time of delivery was on 08.01.2024 but the mobile has reached Jharsuguda on 8th Jan '24 as per the order tracking page of flipkart, still then its ok if it is out for delivery on 8th Jan '24 and also shown " Your Order is out for delivery and will be delivered between 11pm today".
2- I got a call from the delivery boy at 1:32pm today(08.01.24) but i was not available at that time so i asked to deliver the product between 6 pm to 6:30pm and also he agreed at that time. But around 7:30pm I tried to reach the delivery boy but he was unresponsive. So called the Ekart office of Belpahar and informed everything he was also too reluctant to help, still i got no resolution.
3- Later at night I received a message " Order rejected: during the delivery time"and now the ORDERED IS CANCELLED and also OUT OF STOCK in Flipkart.
Now tell me who is responsible for this ?
Who is going to compensate me ? I required that product on time but due to unresponsiveness of your franchise staff and delivery boy it is now out of order.
Just believe me you are going to pay for this.
