Dear Sir, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product that I received from your company. I ordered Adivasi Jeeva Sanjivani hair oil 125ml on 21/01/2024 with the order number#74666 but I received Shree ram krupa nabhi telam instead.This is a serious mistake that has caused me inconvenience and frustration. I expected to receive the product that I ordered and paid for, not a different one.I request you to kindly arrange for the return of the wrong product and the delivery of the correct product as soon as possible. Please also inform me of the expected date of delivery and the tracking details of the shipment.I hope you will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly.
