I have been looted with 1199 where instead of original order of shirts, the courier guy has replaced the products with his old shirts, re-packed and sent me the package.

I have been a loyal user of Ekart from so long and got highly disappointed by this act.

Saddened, I will prefer that never to trust on Ekart anymore.
