I booked a phone redmi 10 through flipkart. ekart logistics could not deliver my package till now. When i trying to connect with ekart logistics after completing the scheduled date they told me that your courier will be delivered today. But they did not deliver my package. When i check ekart courier tracking website they shows me that they attempted to courier my package but i was unreachable, which is white lie. Now again and again they repeat this process they never call me nor come to my address which was given but there website give wrong delivery update. i have paid the money. now i think flipkart and ekart both company make me foolish. both the company (flipkart and Ekart logistics ) are fraud and cheat me. kindly help to return my money. my ekart courier tracking i'd is- FMPP[protected] Was this information helpful? Oct 4, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved no any step have been taken by the company to resolve my complaint. my booked my order from official website of flipkart and my order i'd is OD226104232294537000 they never call me nor come to my delivery address Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Hi my name is Rajkumar enjapuri I made on order on[protected] my order track number FMPC[protected] up to today evening delivery time is there at last the time is changed to[protected], what happened to my order it is reached tomorrow or not please solve my problem.up to now I don't solve my problem.
