Ekart Logistics — Courier partner and Hub employees bad behaviour

My problem is Products delivered late and behave bad .
Because I am ex delivery partner (Karunakar Mohanta) so behave bad rude employees with courier partner . Hub employees name is Chandan Gachhayat and Sangram Tripathi .

So Kindly help me as a customer .
