Ekart Logistics — Delay in delivery of consignment FMPP[protected]

FMPP[protected] This is my consignment number. Due date of delivery was 11/10/2021. On the expected delivery day I got message ie "OUT OF DELIVERY AREA (pincode address mismatch). Today 13/07/2021) I got message that" ARRIVING TODAY" but I didn't get my consignment till 13/10/2021. I ordered a phone in exchange and I have formated my old phone from 10/10/2021. Secondary phone that I am using is a basic phone that has no internet. Now you guys can understand the problem from which I am suffering.
